Love Dr. Sheih!! Not Kelly!!!
I just wish Kelly wasn't the person I have to work with. She acts like the doctor when I call. She tries to make decisions that i want Dr. Sheih to make! She laughs at me when it's not appropriate and not funny. She makes me want to find another provider, but I'll stay for Sheih!!

My PA Duyen Wolken, is now here. I can’t say enough, how much I adore her. Been seeing her a couple years. She never rushes. She listens and gives so much useful advice. She makes me want to eat better and try harder at my health. Most of all she understands my busy mom life and we work together to get my numbers where they need to be. She is amazing. If you want someone who truly hears you.. i recommend going to this practice and asking for her.

I saw Dr jack pipniazek and had worst experience I ever had his nurse was rude and unprofessional made my feel uncomfortable dr was nice i might not go back because of the nurse never been treated like that before

Dr Sheih has been our family physician for many, years and we really love the whole group. Have used his partners several times when he was on vacation ton, very helpful. Staff are so helpful and follow-up on voicemails etc really well. Not long waits either. Highly recommend them!

Upon arrival they told me I was scheduled for the wrong doctor that I had waited two months to see. The woman at the front desk was apathetic and rude about it as well. Do not recommend.

Dr Chapman I am so sorry for the low rating you are a wonderful Dr and I have seen you for several years but, going elsewhere. Your front staff is horrible especially the woman at the front desk. Very rude and uncaring.

I always enjoy coming here, the staff is great and Dr. Chapman is always thorough and understanding. I appreciate Dr. Chapman as a healthcare provider, not all healthcare providers are the same, when you find one that listens to you and treats you like a real person and not a number, you hold onto that doctor. I will continue to come back as a patient.

I give the clinic and the doctors five stars, because my family and I have been going for years. The staff is very caring and respectful to our needs. Whenever we need something from the office they are always available and get our prescription sent right away to the pharmacy. And the nurse call us back regarding the results right away. I want to thank them all. the whole front office, the doctors for always being so awesome at their jobs.

The front staff is really polite and always helpful. I trust the opinion of the doctors that I have seen here. Everyone is always so kind and helpful, everyone takes their time with you and is very respectful.

Don’t even waste your time! The rude Pakistaní lady in the window is no help whatsoever, just tells you to call some number for an appointment and closes window doesn’t even give you a number. When you call they tell you new patients are a far enough out for what ever is bothering you to kill you off.

I chose Dr. Chapman as my PCP from a list of doctors through my health insurance several years ago, and I’m glad I did. He’s thorough, thoughtful, and compassionate. His staff is just the same, especially Stephanie, his nurse. I am always impressed by the care I receive from check-in to check-out. I recommend them to my neighbors and friends every chance I get.
