Highly recommended! Mrs. Laura and her team are just more than fantastic! I would follow her anywhere. I cannot say enough good things about her! Although all the reception ladies are wonderful, I have mostly dealt with Becky for almost 6 years and I have grown to adore her… I actually enjoy going to the Dr. Office.?
P.S. For those complaining about the Conroe office never answering their phones, apparently, they have had phone issues for a long time and have tried to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, without success. I have only had a couple issues, I just kept trying. I guess for me this is a minor issue, js.

Please answer your phone I have to try so many times before someone answer or it sounds like someone picks up the call then puts the phone on silence not cool.

This is the most caring medical staff you could ask for ! They are extremely thorough with diagnosing something. Always will g to sit and discuss. Not rushed or in a hurry Take time to explain things and why it’s happening Megan N.P. and Dr Jeremy are our all time favorites!

I went in and had blood drawn at the beginning of July and I still haven’t gotten the results. I have called numerous times and asked for the results and the front desk person says she will make a note to have the doctor call me. The last time I called they said that there was a note on my file saying that they had spoken to me about the results. I informed them that I never received a call. The results aren’t even in my patient portal. Very disappointed.

My husband and I have seen Doctors at both the Conroe and Willis locations anf we have never had a bad experience. All the Doctors we have seen have been extremely friendly and attentive ti our needs.

Nobody ever answers the phone at the Conroe location, I schedule through Willis. The front desk ladies are so very unfriendly and rude.
