Had a scheduled interview, and the woman amber picked the time for me to come in. I show up early, as that’s who I am to make a good impression. After waiting an HOUR past my scheduled time I left. She never reached out to me, I had to reach out to her, and with zero explanation. If I was an hour late to the interview I would have most likely been turned away. The next day I see a Facebook post about how poorly this office is ran, and you can’t through on the phones so guessing I dodged a bullet. You need to value peoples time, and treat them with respect.

I’m trying to make an appointment and no one even answers the phone!!! Both locations are like that.

My husband is very sick. Called for lab results and was told the nurse practitioner will call you back in a few minutes. One and a half hours later, still no call. Should have never told me a few minutes. Very upset and might have to take him to the hospital to get help.

If you don't call in the morning, getting them to answer the phone is almost impossible. It's ridiculous. The doctors are great though.

Called to make an appointment as a first time patient and was immediately hung up on after the call was answered. Came to see reviews and guess the hang-up was a blessing in disguise. Thanks, I'll stay away. We pay way too much to Doctors and their staff who think they have so many clients that they can afford to just hang up in peoples faces.

No joke - I was hung up on 3 times. I guess they really don't want to accept new patients but rather than hanging up the professional and courteous thing to do would be to just say We are currently not accepting new patients at this time. It is that simple instead of literally hanging up!

I had positive experience with these group of professionals. They paid attention to me and listened to all my concerns & questions during my visits. I have never felt rushed.Both offices are clean and conveniently located. I have recommended them to all my friends and co-workers and they all are happy with the service they got.

My child was a new patient and was sick and they got us on the schedule that day! Our appointment was efficient with generally no wait time. Our NP Megan was attentive and thorough with a gentle and friendly bedside manner. We left with a diagnosis and treatment plan, but the office still followed-up with a phone call. CWFM isn’t the most convenient office for us but it’s definitely worth the drive for the level of care.

My family and I have always had a positive experience! It’s easy to get an appointment and the nursing staff is awesome! Dr. Koshy and Megan listen to your needs and make educated decisions about your care. We won’t go anywhere else!

The physicians and staff here are all excellent. My visits have always been very pleasant from check in to check out. The physicians have great bedside manners and are very thorough in their examinations. I will never go elsewhere.

Extremely friendly staff and well-managed, organized office at the Conroe location. I would send any of my family and friends to this clinic. All of the providers there take the time to listen and truly care about their patients’ needs.

From front desk to the provider, a great team all together. Efficient, professional, and compassionate. Definitely a busy practice, and that could probably explain the phones/call back timing.

What I can say. Stay away from this place. The stuff is incompetent and totally do not care about you or your needs. Did a release for the surgery a week ago. Still waiting for someone to fax the papers to my doctor's. No one answer the phones ever. How they can stay in business. Save your time and sanity and go somewhere else.
