Great team, best hearing test I have ever had, truly. Bought HearLink hearing aids in April ‘24 and they’ve performed great until this last week of July 2025. Taking them in for service tomorrow, hopefully with good results.

This place is great! Hearing test went super quick and was super accurate. They also helped me get hearing aids relatively cheap and the maintenance is great on them as well.

Costco is always great to visit and this location is no different. While there is a wide selection of food, I found that some of the Asian selection is lacking (there's no Bachan's original barbecue sauce!). Otherwise, there's all the standard bulk products you can expect to find at Costco as well as gas and automobile services.Compared to my local Costco, there is free self service tire air filling here!Definitely coming back for my regular Costco needs!

pretty good costco overall, but we have had some problems with tires obtained here. Have had 2 flat tires in a span of 3 months. They have helped to fix it but it is a nuance and a danger. Other than that selection of the normal goods are fine and it's a good place to shop.

I received a far better professional exam by the audiologist at Costco than I did at my ENT or my hearing aid center. And my Costco hearing aids have been excellent. They are made by the same company that makes Phonak. The cost was $750 per ear instead of $2200. Plus there is a 2 year loss guarantee included, and mine were replaced for free after I lost them during vacation. Because I purchased them with a Costco credit card, I added 2 years to the warranty. The only downside is that they offer only one type of Costco-branded hearing aid. That might give you features you don't need or possibly lack a feature you do need. However, they are definitely worth checking as an option. You can test them for free and return them if they don't work for you.

I was informed that their cinnamon rolls in the bakery would be back by the first of the year and they are not. I tried to speak to someone and they keep making excuses. Tired of excuses!

This store is great. The bakery is excellent. They have great bargains in their clothes also.

The most blatantly awful and discriminatory Costco in Texas. Nearly everyone that works here will see you as a thief or miscreant. Show your "papers" at the door promptly and try not to look suspicious. So with all that guess what, we will continue to go there and put up with the absence of customer service and the passive aggressive employees from top to bottom.

Costco is simply a good place to shop. I've noticed that the location of some of the merchandise is rotated to different areas. Perhaps merchandising ? Anyway, I go here for tires whenever I need tires. Their mounting deal includes road hazard, which I have used one time before with no difficulty whatsoever. I have noticed that much of their fish is "wild caught", which is very good. Costco's competitor has much of their fish from the Far East and it is farm raised. I have traveled to those countries and they won't even eat farm raised fish due to waste that they feed the fish. Costco has extremely good customer service as well. Their return policy is set so that if something breaks after the warranty, they will still take a refund (except in a few categories...read the fine print).

4.26.22 I bought my prescription sunglasses from the Cypress Costco. I love them. Today a screw fell out and this made my lens fall out on the pavement. I went with Yelper Britt C. to get them fixed. They did a great job. They fixed them right up without any hassle since I did not purchase them from this location. Costco rocks. Thanks!

Lisa the blonde lady, who has marketing on her name tag is EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. Told her we wanted to go back to the gold membership instead of staying with the executive membership and immediately got an attitude since she wasn't able to bully me into it. Don't give sass if you aren't able to handle when it comes right back at you. Learn to speak to your customers. She lost a potential sale due to her unprofessional and demeaning tone. Don't work in customer service if you don't like it. I am definitely contacting corporate. Disgusting and foul behavior. We've never had a bad experience up until now. This is an awesome Costco, but she needs to be fired!
