Stopped by Cricket, and the experience was smooth and hassle-free. The staff was super chill, and they had my issue resolved in no time—I was in and out within 15 minutes! Highly recommend this place. Big shoutout to Kameron for making it happen—appreciate you, brother!

Do not come to this location. Bought a phone from here a month ago. I’ve been having problem ever since. I’ve gone multiple times and talked to different people. Nobody seems to know what they’re doing or willing to help. When expressed my frustration, employee named “Caden” told me “why are you mad” when expressed my frustrations again they told me they couldn’t do anything and employee named “Kaiser caballero Rivera” an I quote told me “I don’t care” to my issue I was having with my phone. Nor cared about me taking this with supervisor. They LAUGHED in my face and continued to laugh after I left with no care in the world.
Now that I’m reading reviews from previous customers I see they act and say whatever they want to customers because there is no form of consequences. As well see that the team acts that way because the manger acts that way too. It’s sad that cricket employees couldn’t care less about their customers and on top of that be disrespectful.

Management did not make effort to resolve an issue, just repeatedly tell you that there is nothing they can do. Need better training for the manager Nick/Cayden as far as customer service goes, and knowledge about service or products. Also, they have a no refund policy even if you can not use their service. They also do not check to see if your phone is compatible with their service before purchase. Would not recommend this store, does not have good business practices.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service here is terrible. The manager (Nick) the name he gave me but the receipt says Cayden is a scammer. I went in to activate a phone. Before we could even speak about plans or anything Nick generates a price on the computer and tells me it’s going to be about $100. I ask okay what does that include?? What am I paying for? He’s like umm your activation fee and plan fee and something else. I ask well how much is my plan cause you never even told me he like $60 I’m like how do you know that’s the plan I wanted. He never went over the plans they offer just threw the highest plan on there. After choosing a cheaper plan, I pay. Then 2 mins later he informs me my phone is not supported because “it’s too old”, therefore it is not compatible with their network. So of course I wanted to cancel the transaction and request a refund. This was literally minutes after activation. Then Nick/Cayden (manager) informs me “oh we don’t do refunds” mind you he literally just did the activation moments ago then says it’s just the phone is too old and that I need to get a newer phone trying to upsell me a new phone just like he tried to throw that higher plan on. So something tells me to try my SIM card from another provider and see if it actually worked on the other phone. And guess what it worked! My thing is, why not check before a customer pays for service to see if it is compatible. After discussing my frustration he rudely says, “I’ll tell you what I can refund” moves his screen my direction and proceeds to say “that’s absolutely nothing”. His customer service was unacceptable! Then puts me on the phone with his so called TM/Dm (manager) Patricia just for her to tell me she can do nothing as well!! Then she tells me to call her manager Dave, and guess what… he says there is nothing we can do. I would avoid this retailer. This would have never happened at t-mobile.

Very bad service... I went to pay my Bill and the person who was there doesn't even say hello and is all angry ? and doesn't even respond to what you say!! I wish they had people who treat customers well
