Alex was very kind courteous and helpful and helped us with all the issues that we faced. Like transferring from T-Mobile to Cricket wireless. T-Mobile was absolutely terrible and would not unlock ? our phone! The customer service was terrible at T-Mobile! We are so grateful that we switched to Cricket!? Alex helped us with all of our issues and he is the best customer representative we have had in a long time! Thank you Alex for going above and beyond to help us get service, you are the best!??

HORRIBLE COMPANY! My father came in to get his screen fixed but instead an employee lied to my father and told him if he opened a new line it would transfer all of his information. Now my dad has a phone with a useless #, new phone line that he has to pay and has lost everything!!! MAY THE PEOPLE WHO TOOK ADVANTAGE OF HIM GET WHAT THEY DESERVE! Please if you have older family members, or if theres a slight language barrier please go with them because these employees are looking for the next person to take advantage of! Absolutely SICKENING.

I didnt catch his name but the guy working Monday march 13 2023 was super nice and super helpful. Even when my clumsy 12 year old knocked his whole tablet off the table he didn't even get upset. And he got her phone working in no time. Excellent customer service.

Worst cricket in the area, along with the company. Not only do they treat most if not all they’re staff like trash, but most managers and higher ups in this company do not care about the employees, only about they’re own paychecks. I have never seen a workplace treat they’re workers with such little care and truthfully I wouldn’t recommend both working and shopping here. If it’s not the managers starting idiotic issues, it’s the higher ups not being able to do anything, especially regarding commissions, sometimes even going as far as not even giving us that. Honestly hope this company changes for the better however that’s seeming highly impossible at this rate.

I had the best experience today with these two ladies Brandy & Esme they helped me when I thought that I wouldn’t be able to get a new phone way to girls, girl POWER!! Good music too! They are a blast go check them out.

Came here today at 7:47pm to ask a quick question.Well we were greeted by this lady and after that she didn’t offer to help us,I was on my way to the counter to ask the employee my question, i greeted him but he was talking to his other coworker and they both just kept talking and he told me “give me one second” and they kept talking(talk about great service)anyways i was still standing there and once they were done he said “How can I help you” in a bored tone,I only asked him if they had the iphone 13 pro max and he told me they only had 2 but i walked away before he could finished his sentence.I told my mom and she was like okay,she then went to the counter and asked “How much does it cost?” they also ignored her and kept talking she was standing there for 2 minutes my mom just walked away and left.Honestly this is my first time experiencing something like this especially here when almost everyone is nice.Never stopping by here again.

Do not get a mobile hot spot my experience the sales clerk always change new employees who don't careless about your problems you loose money on gb if your hot spot gets cut off if it isn't on an auto pay system like I lost 90 dollars cause cut off told them not a care about couldn't do nothing about it I use up the gb fast so have to watch carefully doesn't explain your paid on due date so service could start over not until the next day your hot spot will be turn on its not worth the money or time unsatisfied very much had to share because them salesperson will not tell yoy

I came to the store there were 3 staff members one was helping a lady ,and the other another the last member never greated or asked if I needed help refused to make eye contact all didn't care that I wait for 15 minutes so I left and went to another store......
