I love Conroe Fitness, the community it comes with, and the coaches who are here to help you be better. I was a member years ago and rejoined once I moved back because of Andrew. I love everything he stands for and believes in. He prioritizes your fitness and safety. He is passionate about what he does and it shines through in this amazing gym he’s put together. I can’t encourage you enough to come and be a part of this community.

Wouldn't want to be anywhere else! A great gym with top of the line coaches who care and work with each individual. They focus on form, technique and care about you doing the right thing the right way. Even my 14 yr old boy who attends gets the same treatment. I highly recommend checking it out if looking for a place to go!

Awesome awesome trainers! Friendly, and welcoming environment! They'll push and encourage you! It's not run like a franchise, they make it feel like family. I gained a family joining CFC! Good space, and tons of good equipment. Positive vibes and good motivation! Every day the workout is different, they make it interesting and take into consideration any injuries. They even offer a free week trial. I highly recommend them!
