The security seems outstanding. The staff (Bryan) was friendly and very helpful. Everything went smoothly with changing the lock and returning the temporary lock. AND the facility is spotless - very impressive for a warehouse facility.

The lady at the front counter was very friendly. She had a positive attitude and seemed happy to show me the facility and went out of her way to get me a cart. In addition to that, the facilities were very clean.

Great service from the manager! Chelsea was a joy to work with to get my cube rental done! She made my move-in super easy and was extremely friendly and helpful! Clean facility, easy to access!

Your customer service was wonderful! Questions were answered by your friendly staff person and she made the whole process easy! I’m having to use a knee scooter and she came out to my car to offer her assistance……in the Texas heat! Kudos!

By far the best customer experience I've had with a storage facility. Chelsea, the GM, and her staff is absolutely phenomenal! I'm glad I know have a go-to place any time I need storage. The facility is super clean and easily accessible!

Made a reservation online, and wasn't sure if I could keep it due to moving complications. A man called the next day, and I said I better not keep it since I was having difficulty finding someone to help me move during the week. His response was, "Well thanks for letting us know." I found that to be rude and unprofessional. I will not reschedule a reservation in the future. If you don't want to hold a reservation after the move in date...don't.

This facility is less than 6 months old. Very clean. Easy access off of I-45. Safe looking area. Easy online reservation. Great and helpful staff. Knowledgeable and offered suggestions helpfully. Awesome prices. Rented climate controlled unit. Very satisfied.
