The lady at the guard shack got me in and out, and the people inside are very friendly. You just have to know how to talk to people guys don’t listen to all the reviews to every place.

Zero stars. Absolute fecal pit. Personnel take forever with the simplest tasks. It should not take 4 hours to receive 4 pallets, and counting. Never again CVS.

Closed place, it is by appointment and that time has to be..if you arrive early they will return you until the time of your appointment..they do not let you park inside or outside

If you are an owner operator and you have the choice to turn down a load, definitely turn down this one. This place completely sucks. I'm a local driver and have to deal with it once or twice a week and it's pathetic and ridiculous. You will WAIT. AND WAIT. Don't bother showing up early either. You'll wait or get sent away. Don't expect to do anything efficiently here. These people don't have any courtesy when it comes to your time. Don't expect them to get you done with any efficiency in regard to YOUR appointment. EVEN IF YOU SHOW UP PERFECTLY ON TIME YOU WILL STILL WAIT. You might get a door fast if you're lucky, but they'll still take forever. And they take breaks. And take lunch. This place deserves negative 5 Stars. I'll never spend a dime in one of their stores and I hope they go out of business.

Every time I come to this place, it takes from 4 to 6 hours to be able to get out. They are quick to give you a door, it doesn't take long to unload and before they even finish unloading, you get the "Text" with the Lumper Fees, after that, you are pretty much forgotten! Time goes by and if you ask for an update, all they say is... We're still counting pieces. They don't care about drivers other than their own drivers, thise come and go without wasting any time. Horrible place to deliver!This is an update to my review from last week, they had me wait from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm and guess what?? I'm back at this place today, been here since 4:10 pm... Will let you know what time I get out.

I normally don’t deliver for these guys but when I do, they make you wait before they can unload you. Same thing with the other distribution center up in Houston. They do not have a drivers lounge so either wait in the truck or the receiving office. Unloading process is extremely slow. Only reason I’m giving 2 ⭐️’s is because the employees are friendly & helpful.

I arrived 1:30 the security I said hi but she didn’t reply me. She told me they don’t work after 12 cam back tomorrow. I wast all my day drive home 60 miles and driven back 60 miles next morning at 8AM I got the door at 11:45 and still waiting for unloading. They wasted my to days.

I was wondering why they have 1 star and half... and yesterday I felt it. This pleope are way worse than walmart's costumers service. #RUDE #UNPOLITE AND #VERY #LAZY!!!! I am wonder if the owners know how they treat theirs costumers the ones who move there business. I wish I could give them 0 star. My appointment was at 7 pm I left until 12:35 midnight.
