This pharmacy is only a convience because of location, the wait Time is always long. You usually expect to wait a couple minutes a car but 45/60 mins for 4 cars is crazy. The bad thing is the wait is always long, not a 1 Time occurrence

Poor customer service no one in the store no employee at the register both self checkouts being down waited in line for 10+ minutes and had a manager get mad at me will not be returning to this location

Called to check on a prescription and was on hold for 30 minutes. Called back and Jordan informed me they closed in 2 minutes and that my insurance wasn't going to cover. I did not care about insurance and wanted to process the order, pay in full and pick it up tomorrow since they were closing. She simply hung up on me. Called her back and she immediately hung up again. Worst Customer Service ever.

It's a typical CVS. The store is newer, so it appears clean and spacious. The store was well stocked and I found what I was looking for. I had a problem entering my frequent customer card number into a kiosk that is there for this reason in order to check for coupons. I had the issue six months ago and it is still not fixed. I did like the self serve checkout stand, and the employees were friendly. Otherwise, nothing outstanding, it's just ok. But, I didn't use their pharmacy.

If I could give them 0 stars I would I have complained before as to how difficult their website is to use I just want to sign up and input my credit card for home delivery I finally called Caremark and they couldn't help me but put me thru to CVS customer service On the phone for 40 minutes giving my information and being put on hold several times The last time for 5 minutes only to have a different person to come on line to tell me I had been disconnected and would have to start over again And no I was not rude because it isn't their fault CVS app does not work

Prescriptions were called in, went to pick it up, husband went to pick them up and they said they didn't have them. Went back and they couldn't find them, told them what I needed, they said they'd fill it, waited for them to fill it. Arrived home and they had filled the wrong meds. I called them and miraculously they found my prescriptions were ready. I can't return the ones they gave me and give my money back. Seems they have two different profiles for me, they can't merge them or delete one. In addition their prices are higher than H‑E‑B across the road. Really not good customer service...

Prices are excessively HIGH not to overlook the amount of paper they give you when handing you your receipt what a waste , should be outlawed.

They never open the pharmacy on time. It's 8:04 a.m. and the pharmacy drive thru is JUST OPENING the drawer to put the tray in and the window gate is still closed.Then they talk to you like they just woke up and hate their jobs.

Drove here to get a prescription filled because the CVS website had its hours opened until 11pm, they were closed with posted closure of 6pm... manager asked if he could help and I said they needed to update their hours online to match store hours and he hit me back with a "oh well I'm not in charge of that" well no shit Sherlock but you can sure as hell tell someone who is durr ..won't be revisiting

This pharmacy does not know how to read prescriptions. Instead they decided to argue about what prescriptions were needed. They told me it would take 2 hours to fill my medications and they would call, even took my number (which was fine) EXCEPT they didn't call me and I had to call 2 hours and 45 min after for them to tell me "yes they're ready" BUT THEY WERE NOT. Then one of the "LOVELY" staff continued to roll her eyes and tell me what prescriptions I had ordered missing 2 of them to which I corrected her and she told me I was wrong and only had 4. The pharmacist interrupted and said I was correct and they would fix it. When I got home they still had missed one of my most important prescriptions. When I called back whoever answered the phone wasn't much help but offered the manager who apologized but continued to cut me off as I was trying to explain what medication. For them to tell me too wait another 15 min.... it's been well over 3 hours.... just to fill 6 prescriptions..... will NOT be using this pharmacy again. Good luck if you're trying to get your right medication

Convenient location, the pharmacist always has a smile on her face. It's nice to have a pharmacy on the East side of I-45.
