This is by far the best pharmacy in conroe!! Open 24 hours a day ( the only pharmacy in conroe that is 24hours a day)and if you leave a message for them they will call you back promptly!
Great pharmacist as well!

The employees usually look and sound mad and do not want to be their. Customer Service could improve. I usually have issues with the pharmacy, and only pharmacists seem to know what is going on.

I am so frustrated with the management and the employee at this store specifically with the farmacy. I was in line to pick up my daughter antibiotic for about 15-20 minutes. When I got at window they closed right in my nose. No explications no consideration. Just some empty workers.
Disappointed, disgusted about those employers attitude and professionalism.

They are the worst pharmacy, my sons been waiting on his medication that needed a prior authorization and instead of them sending to inform my provider, I had to call the provider and let them know what was going on.when that was their job to inform the doctors office. So many horror stories I have and that was my final one. I'm moving my medications to another CVS. Please save yourself the headache don't go here.

I will not be coming here anymore! They say they will order the medication that was sent in and that it will be ready the next day... the next day the medicine was not ordered or filled ..they have cashiers working in the pharmacy not knowing what to do

I walked around the entire store and the front and facing was immaculate! It looked like it was the type of store you would see in a magazine. I work in retail and I know the upkeep is continuous. Whoever did this should be recognized!

I placed an online order for my inhaler as I am an asthmatic. The inhaler is never in stock, so I made sure to order it several days prior to my current inhaler running out. I checked the status 2 days ago and it indicated that my inhaler needed to be ordered. Today I checked the status and my refill is no longer listed... as if I had never ordered it. I never got an update and now I don't have any medication left which is bad for an asthmatic who uses 2 inhalers, a nasal spray, and antihistamines to prevent an asthma attack. I have called the pharmacy and left a voice mail but no one has returned my call. Since my call was registered I have made several attempts to get through but each time I am on hold for more than 15 minutes. I need to know where my script is and if I can get it from CVS or if I can have it transferred to another CVS.

This CVS pharmacy is difficult to contact. If you call the pharmacy, they require you to leave a voicemail and they don’t give you an option to speak to someone which makes it very inconvenient.

The manager Guillermo is very kind and patient. I had an issue with a particular item I've purchased. Guillermo was extremely professional/prompted in resolving the matter at hand. He went beyond the call of duty to help me out. A huge thanks and thumbs up 👍🏾 to Guillermo.

The employee name Melissa who returns customers calls regarding prescriptions is by far the rudest person you could ever deal with in life. She chews gum in your ear while talking, she clearly does not like her job. If it wasn’t for us she would not have a job. Everytime I call regarding my son prescription she calls me back with an attitude and disgusting tone. I highly recommend you go in person to get your medication do not call cause she will call you back with an attitude. MELISSA SHOULD NOT RETURN CALLS NO MORE. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

Scripts never ready to pick up and staff is rude. The drive through line is always extremely long.

I've been to numerous pharmacies, and this is the only one I'd recommend. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are issues getting prescriptions filled at times, but they are helpful in getting problems solved.

Thank you Jay for being nice and helping me retrieve my medication. David the pharmacy technician was very rude to me today. I have planned to change pharmacies because I may not be lucky next time to meet the likes of Jay.

The female employee working on May 14 at 2:00 a.m. drove through with an impolite attitude towards customers, needs to retrain her attitude and handle it immediately.
