I have to give a huge thank you to Rosie and Robert! I was having issues with my new insurance company and these two worked together to do everything they could think of to help me. Even when the pharmacist encouraged them to have me wait until Monday they continued to work to find a way to help. It took about an hour of phone calls and system overrides, but I left with my prescription. I wish I could give 5 stars, but the pharmacist at this location is always horrible. He’s never helpful if there’s a problem, he doesn’t listen to anything you say and he makes it very apparent that he’s annoyed if you have questions. He will also hang up on you if you try to call. I typically dread picking up my meds because there’s always an issue because of the type of meds i take , but today I am so thankful for Rosie and Robert. I had a great experience solely due to their efforts.

Pharmacy is always backed up . Always have to wait over 45 mins for a ( ready/pick up prescription). I've been in there system 4 eveeeerrr.. Shouldn't take soooooooo looooong to get my medication.

If I could give this CVS Pharmacy a -1 I truly would. The ONLY good thing about this pharmacy is that it is 24 hrs but PREPARE YOURSELF FOR SUPER LONG WIAT TIMES. I have been on hold with the pharm for several times well over half an hour TO AN HOUR. Everytime I come in there is a super long wait time and when you finally be attended they say your prescription is still not ready. KEEP IN MIND I CALL AHEAD OF TIME AND GIVE THEM AN HOUR OR 2 TO GET IT READY AND WHEN I ARRIVE ITS STJLL NOT READY. The other day I literally broke down crying because my blood sugars were super high and my CGM sensors had expired. I guess my tears got to the employee because they were able to fill my rx right then and there but the wait times is too much on the patient/customer. I am going to try a mail in pharmacy because this is ridiculous. This CVS seriously needs to hire more staff because NO ONE answers the phone and it takes forever for meds to be filled.

The Pharmacy NEVER answers the phone!!They’re extremely unorganized and the staff is just a hot mess. My app said I had three prescriptions ready and of course they weren’t one of them they were out of. Can they not read here. I could’ve called before I came but they don’t answer their phones instead I had to come here and sit in line for 20 minutes waiting just for them to tell me the other two weren’t ready and one was out of stock Get it together people wonder why you’re 2.5 rating is this is why

Tried to call to make an appointment and no one answers the phone. Stopped by and you hear at the pharmacy is that they have a call and no one all 6 don’t bother to answer. Thanks for the flu shot! That’s the one star!

Rosie went above and beyond to helpMe today. Not only was she kind, compassionate, and thorough, but she displayed so much empathy in the midst of all that was going on at the pharmacy counter. She has an amazing work ethic and this store is lucky to have her. Thank you so much Rosie.

Unorganized. Not enough staff. Unfortunately some of the staff just don't seem to have sense when it comes to anything. Sent me to another location but that location sent me back here because they were in fact the one to have the prescription.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS PHARMACY EVEN IF YOU ARE IN A DESPERATE SITUATION GO TO WALGREENS INSTEAD.I'd rather lay a little more for good customer service ANYDAYI went into this CVS at 910 W Davis St Conroe Texas on 9/24/23 as usual to get my prescription and there was absolutely zero discreetness. When I got to the counter, I needed help looking up my new insurance card to which one of the female employees, instead of walking back to the pharmacist (Pedro), yelled across the pharmacy "OH PEDRO IS GOING TO LOVE YOU" which I thought was extremely rude and thoroughly embarrassed me. The pharmacist (Pedro) rather than come speak to me discreetly yelled across the back counter and front counter about my insurance and what it covers and how many I was allowed to pick up at one time. (Which has never happened before) I will be changing pharmacies IMMEDIATELY and do not recommend ANYONE USE THIS CVS they are rude and hateful to their clients and patients!!!!!-100/5 stars they suck.

This place is horriable I called in to check the statys of my medication they had me on hold for two dam hours and then somebody finally came to the phone theu hung up in my face I will be changng pharmacies as soon as I get a chance to all of them need to be fired in that pharmacy.

My daughter is two years old and has croup and my pharmacy in Houston did not have the oral suspension steroids that she needed. So I had to come all the way to Conroe to pick up the medication because that’s where my pharmacy said that it was however, my pharmacy tried to call and was on hold for 30 minutes with no answer and then later after I got off work, I called and was on hold for 20 minutes. I entered the store with the call still on hold and heard once I got to the pharmacy, the phone repeating “one pharmacy call” over and over and over again but nobody was answering. There were two people behind the counter- a pharmacy tech, and a pharmacist. The pharmacy tech was running crazy doing his job, but I couldn’t help but notice the pharmacist was talking on his earpiece on his phone, laughing, and having a personal conversation with somebody, but couldn’t answer the phone calls coming through to CVS. I hope that management sees this and knows who the gentleman was who was working on the night of September 30 around 7:30 PM because I feel that this was ridiculous and neglectful to people who have important medication‘s or important questions about these medication when nobody is answering. I pulled the pharmacist to the side after I got my prescription and asked him why he was able to talk on his personal phone, but unable to answer the phone calling the pharmacy, and he became really defensive and told me to go home and get some sleep. He laughed in my face and said that he was not able to take the CVS phone calls, but was able to talk on his personal phone and did not give any real explanation. I’m a nurse so this was a really disgusting experience. This guy really did not care and taunted me on the way out yelling “have a good night” after I walked away. Anyways, fill somewhere else if you think there may ever be a day you might need to call with a question or communicate with anyone.

The pharmacy has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They don't answer the phone and say please hold. They just put you on hold or they pick up and hang up on you. I've spent three days trying to get through to the pharmacy. I've now set on hold for 1 hour and 47 minutes. I conference the call to speak to a store manager for her to tell me, they're really busy. Just hold they'll eventually get to you.
