Horrible service I'm not sure if they are a married couple working together here both have an African accent they are very rude not professional at all. Having to go on a wild goose chase to hunt down my asthmatic sons emergency inhaler Even though they called me and said that it was ready for pick up I get there and they don't know what I'm talking about

Horrible Service
Got a text at 9 am that my meds were ready. It’s 4:30pm and I come to pick up and was informed, my meds aren’t ready yet! Ridiculous Service

The cashier with the fake blonde hair and lots of makeup on was extremely rude and unprofessional. I went through the self checkout line and of course the machine started beeping because of some sensor issue. I moved to the one next to it because the cashier was busy with someone else and I didn’t have time to wait for her to come and fix the machine. She eventually came to fix it and said I was wasting her time and proceeded to walk away. I didn’t even ask her for help or needed her, it was their machine issue. I thought that was extremely rude. If you don’t like your job then find something else lady! You’re there to provide customer service and I purposely went through the self check out so I wouldn’t need these people’s service. Unbelievable!

Longtime CVS customer here. I know this CVS’s pharmacy sometimes gets a bad rep but they are often understaffed. Totally not the employees fault. Anyways I appreciate Kailey taking the time to tell me about the GoodRx app and helping me with my dilemma. She didn’t have to go above and beyond but she did and was very considerate. Also thank you to her coworker Aefsha who I believe also assisted.

Do yall open at 8am? Been sitting in the parking lot for 15 minutes watching a woman walk around in the store. Bad for business. 4 other people in the parking lot waiting as well.

The CVS stores at the 2 stores on west Davis st. Are the most impossible places to call, when you do get ahold of someone they are so rude don’t understand can’t get anything done right, you have to wait 1 to 1 1/2 hours to get anything picked up, if you get a text message your meds are ready, believe me they are not ready, I was in the store at 3711 west Davis last week I was there over an hour to pick up medicine, and one of the pharmacists dropped a pill on the floor and instead of throwing it away she picked it up and put it in the bottle that she was filling , that is so disgusting and full of germs, I couldn’t believe what I saw, will never use them again, just so you know!!

Convenient location. Carries a lot of food items if you need in a pinch. Clean store. Helpful employees.

Always take 15-30 minutes a car. Was just in line for 2 hrs with just 4 cars In line! Then they tell me "hold on" when I get to the window and waited another 10 minutes!!!

Pharmacy is horribly rude. My son has been out of his ADHD medication for a week " due to pharmacy shortage ". This is not the first time it has happened here and there is no preventative measure what so ever to ensure it doesn't happen again. I called to get a time frame of when it would possibly be available trying to be calm and understanding and the tech told me " it's ordered" and hung up on me. These are people prescription medications you are messing with and you have about zero compassion. SHAME ON YOU!! My son is 11 years old and now trying to make it through class with unmedicated severe ADHD all because no one in there knows how to plan ahead and pre order medication inventory. Really awesome CVS.
