It used to be really good but they have stopped calling about my prescription and didn't let me know it had to be ordered so now I have to wait to get it. I tried calling the store for an hour to see about switching my prescription to a location that does have it in stock. I have not been able to get through at all and Google shows it's not busy atm.

Extremely disappointed in the female at the pharmacy checkout as she had no patience, was rude and had me wait for an extended amount of time.

I called the pharmacy as a healthcare professional to discuss a patients meds that this pharmacy failed to have filled for 2 + weeks. I spoke to Alexander Somuah, the alleged pharmacist. After he told me he would have this med filled, (needed to work with another med and can throw patient into dangerous cardiac arrhythmia without it) I wanted to discuss other refills. Turns out, this pharmacy only gave the patient 23 pills out of 30 on one script. So instead of actually filling the remainder of the med when they got it, he told me he owed her 7 pills. We went back and forth because I told him there was a refill, I'm pretty sure he didn't understand what I was trying to say. But instead of trying to make it better, ALEXANDER SOMUAH proceeded to yell, "you are crazy!" then hung up on me.
Disgusting, disrespectful, unprofessional behavior from someone that calls themself a professional.

Always slow. They don't try to speed up never enough people to help check you out. Plus they take forever even to answer the phone. Went one morning on the way to work around 7 no one was inside nor in the drive thru and still took along to wait on me.

I have used CVS at 910 W. Davis St. in Conroe for a very long time. It may be time for me to start using a different pharmacy. I recently filled a prescription for an albuterol inhaler at CVS on 910 West Davis St. in Conroe. When I tried to use it, I soon realized that the inhaler was not dispensing any medication. I returned to CVS and complained that the inhaler didn't work. Please note, I was not saying that the inhaler medication was ineffective. I DO NOT expect CVS to guarantee the effectiveness of the pharmaceutical products they sell. I was complaining that the inhaler's dispenser was not functional and requested another one. I was told that if I wanted another one I would have to pay for it again. I am flabbergasted that CVS has allowed itself to sink that low! Off the top of my head, I can't think of any other U.S. retailers who, after selling you a defective product, don't replace it and instead ask you to just pay for another one! This is not the CVS I have trusted for so many years! Fortunately, I don't have to continue trusting CVS. I do have alternatives! By calling the CVS customer hotline, they contacted the manufacturer who in turn arranged to have a replacement provided to me at the manufacturer's expense. It shouldn't be that difficult.

Every month I have to wait 20 plus minutes in store for them to fix my prescription. Always the same mistake, 90 days supply vs 30 days. With my insurance and a manufacturer coupon I pay $5 for a 30 day supply. But Every month they prepare a 90 days supply and want to charge me $135. It's ridiculous! Charging $120 more for the same thing. They know the system charge more that way so they keep trying... it's frustrating!

If I could give 0 stars I would. There's nothing convenient about this convenience store. I went to add money to my cash app and the manager was completely rude and out of pocket. She said "they don't do cash app" I've had places say that but they simply didn't know how, showed them, no issue. Not her. I simply explained scan the bar code take the money and it should be good. She refused. I asked if it was store policy, personal,or cash app had it wrong. She threatened to call the police if I didn't leave and said she was tired of telling people and wasn't going to argue about it anymore. That tells me she personally doesn't want to. Not even a reason given. She proceeded to ignore me amd told the other employee not to help me and to ignore me as well. She wouldn't make eye contact with me and told me to get out. I came back in to ask for a name and got a different manager to give me their name and refused ro give me hers. I called to get her boss number and they gave me corporate which had a terrible automated system and took about 4 calls to get where I needed and another 7 to 10 days before a real manager deals with the issue if they even do. I've never been treated so poorly at a store before. The fact she threatened me with the cops and then immediately ignored me when that didn't scare me and get the reaction you could tell she wanted told me all I needed to know. The other employee wanted to help be she refused to let him. He told me go down the street to 7 eleven. I go there and it took him less than 30 seconds. No questions asked. Called cash app support and they do cash app transactions. She was being lazy amd didn't want to do her job that required this simple task. I'm very unimpressed with the cvs store and have never been treated so poorly as a customer for simply trying to make a deposit and help an employee who didn't know how to do so just to be threatened with law enforcement ignored, and all but thrown out. Do not recommend this CVs especially past 1030

Pharmacy is usually pretty packed and the lines move slowly. The drive thru lane has only one lane, it’d be nice if they had two like Walgreens on Frazier.

The pharmacy is so understaffed, which I assume is on purpose to cut costs. My Rx was supposed to be ready at 1:30, got it at 7:30. They kept saying just another 30 min, another 30 min, but it took 6 hrs. Very poor management. The poor staff looked so stressed and defeated.

The customer service at this place is THE WORST. The lady working the drive thru, MELISSA, was extremely rude and disrespectful to me when I asked about my prescription, she arrogantly talked over me saying I gave her a wrong last name and to get out of the drive thru and wait 20 min for my prescription when they had initially called me that it was ready for pickup. I didn't understand why she was yelling at me over the speaker phone when I was being nice to her. She even hung up on me and shut me off. This was by far my worst experience. Management needs to fire her immediately.

Unorganized. Not enough staff. Unfortunately some of the staff just don't seem to have sense when it comes to anything. Sent me to another location but that location sent me back here because they were in fact the one to have the prescription.

If I could give 0 stars I would, WORST customer service ever, I just had an INCREDIBLY rude pharmacy associate hang up on me after talking over me when I was asking her questions regarding a prescription transfer. Appalled that this place is allowed to operate, disgraceful how they treat their customers!!!
