The pharmacy really does suck there. You can never SPEAK to a pharmacist, everything’s AI and even the medical provider has to leave a voicemail for your prescriptions!! Half the time they don’t even listen to their messages and you have to call the doctor then the pharmacist and do everyone’s jobs because no one is accountable!

This CVS store is so clean that I’ll be shopping here more often. I love a clean environment, and I want to show my appreciation for the quality of the products they offer.
I want to thank the Store Manager, Debbie, for her exceptional customer service. She helped my wife find vitamins for her condition today. Debbie is the epitome of wisdom and grace. My wife couldn’t read the labels on the bottles, and Debbie took the time to bring her a magnifying glass. That speaks volumes.
I also want to thank the Shift Supervisor, Jamie, for her patience and understanding with my wife. Jamie’s customer service is top-notch. My wife and I will definitely be shopping at this location again.
I want to thank both Debbie and Jamie for their kindness, friendliness, professionalism, and eagerness to help us on this Sunday morning.

I recently received exceptional customer service from the store manager, “Debbie”, and the shift supervisor, “Jamie”. They went above and beyond to assist me with any questions I had about the various brands of vitamins available at CVS. The store itself is exceptionally clean and well-organized, making it one of the cleanest CVS stores I’ve ever visited. I’ll definitely be shopping there for all my health needs and more. The bathrooms are also clean and hygienic. Overall, I had a positive experience from the customer service to the cleanliness of the store.

I am a “friend” of CVS for years now!! Prior to my insurance forcing me to switch to CVS, I rarely visited a CVS pharmacy. When my insurance from work switched to Caremark for my prescriptions, I was really annoyed, as there was no warning, or announcement! But, I am so glad that I was forced to get my prescriptions filled at CVS for some years now!! Why, you may ask…
Answer is that I am quite happy/satisfied with CVS stores! Friendly people shop AND work at CVS! Oh, and I find that their prices are usually better/lower (even if just by a few cents) than at other pharmacies usually!
My daughter jokes about it by mentioning to me and others also: “Mom’s favorite “store” to shop at is CVS!! 😊

I have been a customer of H-E-B pharmacy on 242 since they opened. I had to change due to my insurance recently. Let me tell you CVS doesn’t come close to being personable or helping their customers at all like HEB. You are just a number. I was told my script was $311.00 with insurance. I asked about cash price and discount card. I was told I would have to look it up myself. This particular script I couldn’t find. My husband asked for help when he picked up script and was told we don’t do that. You have to look it up yourself with no guidance at all. I am a business owner and customer service is everything. You would think taking care of customers who are sick you would have a little bit more compassion. I would rather pay out of pocket and have people that care about their customers than deal with people that just don’t care. It’s very sad. So disappointed.

My prescription was placed on March 7th, I had to stop back by on 15th to check on it and they said they could not fill it because it was on back order, went back by on the 24th and they said it still had not arrived, I asked the super nice lady at the window if they have checked on it, and I was told by a pharmacist that they don't have an option to check on their shipments as things are auto but to please check back, but I was welcome to call other pharmacy's and see if they had it available and they would transfer it to them....I decided to wait...(my mistake!) I checked on April 7th and it still had not arrived. I told them I needed it for my port access as I did not have any more. Do you know it is painful to have a port accessed without this prescription? Well let me tell you it is VERY painful.
I have not received any communication from them on an update of my prescription, I have had to initiate all updates myself. Today April 19th I called and it still is not available, so I called a few other pharmacy's to to see if it was available and found one and call CVS pharmacy on 242 at Harpers Trace to ask them to transfer it to the pharmacy that had it, and was told that that pharmacy that has the medication would need to call them....WHAT??? You have not initiated an update on a medication that has been in your care for a month and a half. In my line of work we call this dropping the ball at the expense of the customer.
So I called the other pharmacy to have them call you to get the prescription.
I gave 3 stars only because most of the people I deal with are really nice, the store is clean, and this is the only incident I have had with this pharmacy in 2 years of using them.
Main complaint- no communication from the pharmacy when medication is on back order and the pharmacy should be able to track and contact whomever ships their medications,
and they should be able to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy, the customer should not have to do the leg work.

Be aware buyers as this store has been flagged for stealing a customers information before…This is the uncivilized tattooed girl that is named Courtney. She jumps in the conversations that doesn’t involve her when the cashier asks for your Date of birth to buy a cough medicine that is for 12 year olds and up. I am a profession when it comes to medicine and when you refuse to say your Date of birth…she then jumps in the scene and says you need to show ID, then tries to point out the part that says parent as a reason to take your ID when your an adult. Also based on several reviews and local crime this store has been flagged showing that is has stolen a customers information before. She gives you an attitude and says you need ID when the Cashier had said it wasn’t needed before…been shopping here for years and that was the last time here…I ended up buying with no ID. I kept reading the reviews and read one that said a rude white tattooed girl well this is the Blonde haired Tattoo Girl that’s named Cortney and apparently she’s the Training manager in this store. This individual is extremely uncivilized, rude and lies to customers….You ask her what is her name since she claims to be the manager as she states it’s on the badge in which it doesn’t show her name as you see in the photo. She tells people to show ID on items that you don’t need to show ID on and constant lying. You ask her to write down the name so you can speak to the management and she refuses to cooperate and when you take out the camera to film the uncivilized interactions she flees. The manager of this store Debbie on the other hand is extremely civilized and professional by explaining why certain things are with that being said she knows all about it and how this individual is.

Never go to this CVS. They hired a bunch of Young tattooed women in the front cashier area that are constantly rude to other customers as I have witnessed.

CVS has great prices on all the products you need. The app is a great option to check sales prices, product inventory, and find those last minute treats.Store on 1097 is always clean and the staff are very helpful.

Pretty sure the cashier stole my debit card information. She took my card and kept it while trying to “fix” something with my prescription in the drive thru. I found it a little weird but the next day 22 charges came out of my account almost $300 each. I had used my card In weeks because I had surgery. This was the only place.
