CVS has great prices on all the products you need. The app is a great option to check sales prices, product inventory, and find those last minute treats.Store on 1097 is always clean and the staff are very helpful.

Pretty sure the cashier stole my debit card information. She took my card and kept it while trying to “fix” something with my prescription in the drive thru. I found it a little weird but the next day 22 charges came out of my account almost $300 each. I had used my card In weeks because I had surgery. This was the only place.

We were traveling from Virginia to Texas to see our grandson and I forgot to bring an important prescription. My doctor called it in to the other Conroe CVS but the pharmacist here handled the situation quickly. Much appreciated.

Poor customer service no one in the store no employee at the register both self checkouts being down waited in line for 10+ minutes and had a manager get mad at me will not be returning to this location

They decided to put up sales signs a day early and do not want to honor the pricing until the next day. The manager Courtney didn't want to honor the pricing. If your gonna put up the sale signs a day early... I believe they should be honored.

After being on hold 30 minutes Jordan in Pharmacy hung up on me because it was 2 minutes before they closed and I was trying to get a prescription filled for pick-up in the morning. Called back and Jordan hung up immediately after answering and before I could even speak. Next call was the closed message. Thanks Jordan but I'll take my business elsewhere

Called to check on a prescription and was on hold for 30 minutes. Called back and Jordan informed me they closed in 2 minutes and that my insurance wasn't going to cover. I did not care about insurance and wanted to process the order, pay in full and pick it up tomorrow since they were closing. She simply hung up on me. Called her back and she immediately hung up again. Worst Customer Service ever.

Prescriptions are never ready, I had one called in from a hospital just to be told we'll have it ready in 15, not the first time.

It's a typical CVS. The store is newer, so it appears clean and spacious. The store was well stocked and I found what I was looking for. I had a problem entering my frequent customer card number into a kiosk that is there for this reason in order to check for coupons. I had the issue six months ago and it is still not fixed. I did like the self serve checkout stand, and the employees were friendly. Otherwise, nothing outstanding, it's just ok. But, I didn't use their pharmacy.
