Unethical sales tactics.
I have been receiving letters from caremark making it sound like i will lose my prescriptions from my local pharmacy if I don't switch to them. If I were elderly, didn't read english well or something it would be confusing.
They also put all your prescription information in the letters they send to you, so if you live somewhere where your mail isn't secure, your health information could be exposed.
Do not do business with this company.

Omg The day you come to deliver, you will regret it. It doesn't matter if you have one pallet. there is Lumper fee too high.

The GPS directions are accurate to bring you to the support center. If you are driving an 18-wheeler, it won't look like you're supposed to go down the road that you are guided to, but in fact that is the road you go down.

My appoimen is at 7:00 pm it's 9:40 pm and it still hasn't started unloading... I'm afraid this place needs a new manager, or change employees... or to be brave not to bring them cargo again to this company.

3 hours to unload 8 pallets and no bathroom. The receiving office actually had the nerve to tell me "all of the bathrooms are out of order". Who in their right mind would believe a warehouse full of people is up and running with no bathrooms available? Ridiculous!
