Gave 2 stars only for the original purchase process which was smooth. However, I was sold a 2024 Wagoneer Series III with crappy Pirelli tires that could not be balanced and the SUV wobbled like an out of balance washing machine at highway speeds. Tires balancied at Discount Tire twice and DeMontrond once (they claimed it was tested and smooth but in reality it was worse). Took it to TireLink for computer aided road force balancing and they confirmed that 3 of 4 tires were out of spec and could not be balanced correctly to get it within spec. Provided this to DeMontrond and got a call telling me they couldn’t do anything but perhaps TireLink could work a warranty deal to replace 3 of the 4. Why would I want to put the same crappy tires back on it? Basically they kicked the can down the road. $1400 out of my own pocket for Michelin Defender LTX tires and it is smooth as could be on the highway. Changed my mind on the non Mopar warranty I purchased from them and canceled it. I have followed up twice trying to get confirmation the cancellation was submitted so I could get back my $2500 to at least help cover the new tires. I have no idea at this point if I’m getting the refund. First and last purchase here.

Tried to book an appointment on line like they suggested I do, nothing available for a month and a half. So I just went this morning. Was checked in at 7:15 am, was checked out at 12:45 pm.
Worst service ever, 51/2 hours for an oil change.
I'm not the only one, check out some of the other reviews.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Definitely don’t recommend anyone do business here. The sales reps were argumentative and didn’t listen for anything. The best and only satisfying part of my experience was when I finally decided to leave.

I took my Jeep in for service and Amanda was my service advisor. She was so wonderful. Not only was she honest with me on what services was needed for my Jeep (she didn’t upsell me on unnecessary items) but she also went above and beyond in helping me get my Jeep back before they closed for the winter storm.

Ask for Héctor & Adnan, Emiliano & Rico will help you regardless if you purchase your vehicle from Demontrond which I highly recommend. These guys actually made it an exciting process as it should be & were honest, courteous, professional & polite.

The last two times the reviews weren't very good because well that's what the service was not very good but I was giving him another chance which well you don't want to know how that turned out either so I guess I be just wasting your time writing another review and we know how that goes or when good luck with yours

Had our 2021 Ram Truck towed in today for service and ended up buying a new 2025 Ram Truck. Demontrond was the best today from Service to New Sales. William was our salesman and he found us the perfect Truck. We bought it from pictures he sent us and it was even better when we got to the dealership. And Calvin in Finance kept the good vibe going and got us a great deal! Thank you Demontrond!!!

Brought my truck in Feb 2024, the ABS Module needed replaced. Was given an estimate $800-$1100 for replace and repair. I was told to call back in 6 weeks to see if the part was available. I spent the rest of 2024 calling and leaving messages for the service advisor and my calls were NEVER returned.
Finally, I called the parts department and he located a part for me, he gets 5 stars.
I purchased the part and have an appointment at Christian Bros. in Montgomery to replace. They tell me it won’t take long, a few minutes. The part was $450. Christian Bros. charges $160 an hour for service. Idk what Demontrond charges an hour but I know I just avoided be ripped off by them. It’s a blessing in disguise that their service department didn’t call back.

8am appt. for a simple oil change, now 11:17 and still waiting!!! Never again!!!
Update: finally completed 11:45. Tires were rotated but air pressure never set to factory specs, since pressure in rear tires should be 10lbs psi less than front. Now front is too low/rear too high. Also, when a spotless, ceramic coated vehicle comes in, the owner will likely notice grease smudges around wheel wells, door, etc. Not a good experience at all!!! This visit doesn’t even deserve one star!!!

I got work done on my vehicle simple oil change and this asswipe Sheldon Jones. Literally destroyed my car. Took to another shop another dealer and yeah getting the whole engine replace. Worst service. worst people. Don't trust any one here

I had a scheduled appointment for a oil change, it took nearly 2 hours. The bill was ridiculous so I asked to speak with the service manager. Donna left me sitting there for 25 minutes without any assistance bc I'm not even sure she notified the manager. After nearly 3 hours I paid the bill and left. Poor service with high dollar prices. Never again!
