This is my second review of this dealership and if I could give them zero stars I would. Bought a new truck from here and have tried to keep service with them as I like to maintain a relationship so that when I purchase a car, I have some trust in those working on it. The service department has been a debacle for a couple of years now. Seen many faces come and go and it's the same circus. I've spent over 6 months trying to get recall work done, finally bite the bullet, parts are in so why not. Arrive at the dealership at 7:30am to drop it off, sat in the waiting line for 25 minutes before anyone came out. Of course I scheduled my own ride because they have no handle on loaners or even rental cars. Guy tells me it's about a 4 hour service. Calls me at Noon, tries to upsell me on another service package and says things are moving along. Hands off my ticket to another service advisor as he has tickets to the Astro's game. I call in 6 different times to get an update, all calls go to voicemail. Called the receptionist about another 5 times as she transfers me to the Service Dept only to go to voicemail a few more times. Get a call back at 5:30 stating they close in 30 minutes and they don't think they'll have the truck done today.....so now I'm without a car for two days.Have low expectations with these guys and you won't be left hanging. So frustrating....My recommendation is to be aware of what to expect and "service" isn't the name of the game here.....

I recently purchased a 2021 Ram from Demontrond Conroe, and I must say, despite encountering a higher dealership fee upon arrival, Kevin went above and beyond to ensure I got the pricing I desired. We set up a deposit and scheduled pick-up for a week later. When I arrived, the truck was prepped and ready to go, and the financing process was a breeze. Overall, Kevin's dedication and the seamless transaction made for a great buying experience.

I bought my Jeep from DeMontrond because they could get me the Jeep I wanted (special order) for the best price I could find in the Houston area. Warranty forever didn’t mean much to me, and I thought it was just another gimmick.Well, Warranty Forever replaced my engine at 88,000 miles. I only had to pay for the starter. Warranty Forever is real!!

Ugly, old dirty place. Extremely disappointed with the service. I can't imagine waiting for 10+ to do an oil change. Go someplace else. Only excuses for nothing do the warranty service. They don't know how to rotate the tires!!! I'll not come back there for sure.

Service is good like all others except that the service advisors never answer your call. You have to always leave a voice message and hope they return your call with some status. Very often they do not.

Tried again to do business with my local Jeep Dealer. Negotiated a price for my new Jeep and trade with William. Unfortunately, I was not aware there was some windshield damage since my wife drives this car. Demontrond Conroe then lowered my trade eval $2k to replace a windshield. $2k. The Sales Manager accused me of lying about my trade. Again, this was my wife’s car that I do not drive. I scheduled windshield replacement with my $50 deductible. Interesting that I could have paid cash for an OEM replacement window at the location of my choice for $350 cash. Buyer Beware od Shady Sales Tactics!

Will never call the dealership again. I’ve called three times left voicemails to have my 2023 car serviced under warranty and I’ve not heard back from them once. I finally called the dealership in Navasota and was answered same day and already booked for an appointment.

Subject: Extremely Disappointed with Service Experience - 3 Weeks to Replace Motor MountsI regret to inform you that my recent experience with your car dealer service department has been utterly unsatisfactory. After bringing in my vehicle for what should have been a routine job of replacing motor mounts, I was appalled to find that it took an astonishing three weeks to complete the task.The lack of efficiency and professionalism displayed by your service team is simply unacceptable. Three weeks for a job that should have been completed in a matter of days is beyond comprehension. This prolonged delay has inconvenienced me greatly, forcing me to rely on alternative transportation arrangements and disrupting my daily routine.Furthermore, throughout this ordeal, communication from your service department was sorely lacking. I received minimal updates regarding the status of my vehicle, leaving me in the dark and unsure of when I would finally have my car back in working condition.As a customer who entrusted your dealership with the maintenance of my vehicle, I expected a level of competence and timeliness that was sorely lacking in this instance. It is evident that there are serious issues within your service department that need to be addressed promptly to prevent other customers from enduring similar ordeals.In light of this experience, I am deeply disappointed and disillusioned with your dealership's service quality. I strongly urge you to take immediate action to improve your service standards and ensure that such egregious delays and communication failures are not repeated in the future.

Had an oil change and tire rotation appointment. Wayne processed us in and informed us of any costs that were to be incurred before work began. Wayne was great! Assisted in getting us in and out without a single hiccup. We were early for our appointment but he ran with it. Thanks, and kudos to him for his kindness and efficiency!!

Worst customer service and lack of communication. I needed new axel sensors covered under warranty. The parts finally came in so I called to make an appointment. Was not able to talk to anyone so I went through their system to make an appointment. Selected the "stay and wait" option so I didn't have to drop my car off and be without a car. Put in their notes section that I would like to know how long it will take. Two days later I show up to the appointment and the service tech tells me I need to leave the car for two days! I question why, especially since I selected the "stay and wait" option and he literally replied "oh I should have checked that". No offer of a ride, no loaner car, nothing. Why have a system set up to ask these questions if you don't bother to use it? Also, leaving my car for two days for less than a days worth of work is ridiculous. I asked for an option to schedule out further so I could get the work done while I wait and apparently that's not an option.If I were you I'd find another option than DeMontrand.2/1/2024I did as you asked and called Sean Harrell. I called a week ago and left a message during business hours. Still no call back or response of any kind.
