Worked with Kelly Lawin. Super great guy that made the whole process enjoyable for a first time buyer with no credit or co-signer. Took some time but that's to be expected in a situation like this. He's the man. Definitely recommend Kelly. All staff was super nice and patient and really enjoyed the experience as a whole. No one is there to "up sell" you or pressure you into something you don't love. Everyone is super genuine and straight to the point. No BS, all authentic. Thanks again Kelly, I will be back soon.

I highly recommend Demontrond Volkswagen of Conroe. Our salesman, Rafi, went above and beyond our expectations. Not only did he have great customer service, he had integrity which is a rare find in this business and especially now in this economy. This dealership did NOT charge us a market adjustment price aka price gouge when at least 5 other dealerships I communicated with tried. Rafi and this dealership made lifetime customers out of us. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend them.

Excellent buying experience, thanks to John Parkinson. I called the dealer Saturday to help my son Armando selecting and buying. Luckily Jonh answered the phone; he immediately went to work; he received Armando later in the afternoon, helping choose a Tiguan, explaining everything about the vehicle. Since it was late and we were bringing our own financing, we could complete the deal on Saturday but today super quick he got us out there. I totally recommend this dealership; they are honest, fair, and fast. Thanks, Jonh and the rest of the leadership at the dealer!

There’s a reason why his reviews are 5 stars. I would give him 10 stars if I could. John Parkinson is a true professional. Thankfully, John answered the phone when I called in about the Golf R that was on the dealers website in transit. At the time, I didn’t know who I was getting. But after a few minutes, I knew I wasn’t talking to just anyone – I was actually talking to THE VW MAN. He’s definitely that and then some. And there’s a reason why he is called that. He’s very passionate about helping his customers, what he does, and the VW brand in general. A wealth of information and a true professional. He wasn’t pushy – but honest. I knew I had to make a quick decision about this car. Thankfully I did. If it wasn’t for John Parkinson, I wouldn’t have this car. The next day the car had four deposits on it. I felt like a won the lotto tbh. I’ve always wanted a Golf GTI since my early 20’s. So, to get a Golf R in my late 40’s – I’m stoked– call it my midlife purchase. Back to John Parkinson. From the first initial contact, the transaction was fun and professional. He communicated the entire time. From the first phone call to when the car was delivered to the dealer. He even cared about how the car was handled until I arrived. If you are looking to buy a VW, I would only ask for John Parkinson in Conroe – highly recommend him. John, if you are reading this - thank you, thank you, thank you. I know I’ve said this like 20 times – but seriously - thank you so much!

John with Volkswagen of Conroe was absolutely wonderful to work with. We talked about what I was needing to do with the vehicle I had at the time and we worked out a plan to get us into another vehicle. He was there through the whole process, checked on me all the way through financing. Once paperwork was signed he made sure he walked me through everything on the vehicle, which I greatly appreciated. It’s great to know the exact functions of your vehicle. I will definitely be going back to VW of Conroe and using John for our next trade in!

We stopped by the dealership to “look” at the Atlas. We were met in the lot by John Parkinson. He quickly grabbed keys and shared a wealth of information on the Atlas and VW in general. Went for a test drive and fell in love. We are very pleased with our purchase. He was there every step of the way, beginning to end. At just shy of 65 I’ve bought a fair amount of cars, most often because I needed to, occasionally because I wanted to. This was a need to, as the car I’d had a love affair with for 20 years had broken. She still looked great, a tiny piece broke that held the starter in place, and it wasn’t fixable. My son had bought a VW Tiguan last spring and had done all the hard stuff in research and question asking, and highly recommended I go see John Parkinson, “The VW man” so I did. It was the easiest car shop ever. I wasn’t there till 10pm, he got me into exactly what I needed, and with me still mourning a 5.7 liter V8 6 speed TransAm that wasn’t easy! Especially with the car shortage. And me forgetting my checkbook and debt card (he ran me to the bank for a cashiers check that’s how nice he is!) No pressure, knows the cars inside and out and LOVES VWs. Go see John Parkinson in Conroe, I’m very happy I did

John Parkinson was fantastic to work with. I drove 3+ hours to buy a car specifically from John and DeMontrond. The whole process, which started over the phone, was stress and pressure free. It was an easy buying experience, hands down the easiest car purchase I've ever made. We were able to start all the paperwork before I even left to pickup the car. John was very accommodating, he was upfront and open during any and all communications. The whole team at DeMontrond was very welcoming (While respecting social distancing and masking up), and they ensured I was taken care of and all of my questions answered. ⭐10/10 Would buy from them, mainly John, again.

John Parkinson just sold me this beautiful 2021 VW Atlas Cross Sport last week. This is the SECOND VW we’ve purchased from John over a 2 year period.
