Great group of people. Sharp, polite, professional. Kept me sufficiently notified and were finished before they promised. Helps they have rapport with Enterprise rental. Been there twice in the last 2 years, hail damage and rear end. Totally satisfied both times.

Stay away! I took my Mercedes Metris van there after someone crashed into it. Original estimate was one week, it ended up being three. On getting the vehicle back, I took a roadtrip and on return found my tires were completely and unevenly worn after just 15k miles from new. I took it to the Mercedes dealership and they confirmed alignment was completely off despite Classic Collision saying it was done correctly. They refused to pay for the new tires ($800) or the $300 Mercedes charged to do the alignment properly. I have yet to receive the damaged wheel cover promised to me and on top of that, I just tried to refill the window washer fluid and it appears the fill tube was never reconnected to the reservoir.
