It was a horrible experience visiting this store. My mother-in-law and I felt we were being racially profiled. No one assisted us, and we noticed eyes on us throughout our visit. As we left, the cashier's intense stares felt like a suspicion of theft. We won't be returning here.

I went in the store to ask about bringing my clothes in. The lady handed me a business card and said go to the website to look at what we accept and how we accept it. Little did she know I had already been to the website but not ever being there before and new to the area, I wanted to go inside the store and speak with someone. She was hasty and acted if she didn’t have time to speak with me. The store wasn’t busy. I did browse for a few minutes. Items were over priced. I understand if they want their store to be more “high end” but customer service is the way you will loose customers! I will never step back in this store again!

Nope! Didn't like the personnel atmosphere AT ALL! Most, if not all, items were ridiculously overpriced. Lady at cash register looked like she was watching every move I made. I simply was brousing. VERY uncomfortable astmosphere!

So different from most resale shops. Quality goods, excellent name brands.Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would that they have everything I need . I highly recommend it. Always a jewel to find.

Absolutely LOVE this resale shop! Tiffany, the owner is the best! The store is always so clean and organized! There's always a great selection of clothes, shoes, jewelry etc. The prices are are very reasonable too!!!

I will never come back to this place again. These ladies were unpleasant; nobody asked if we needed help. My daughters and I feel descrimated because we were using scarves on our heads, so we got the weird look. They helped everyone else except us.

My sister and I gave gone here for years and have always had a great time and left with some great bargains! We went the other day and, even though we did find some cute things, the customer service was certainly lacking! We were walking around with arm loads of things to try on and the owner and another lady working there never once offered to hang them for us or start a dressing room. They were too busy talking to each other to help customers. We had to ask where we could put them! Then when we did go to try them on, the employee actually counted how many items we had! Like we might steal something! It was insulting. We finally asked the woman who seemed to be in charge if she was the new owner, because every time we have been in before, they were so helpful! She said that she had owned it for several years and when we asked where the cute girl who had helped us on our last visit was, she said Taylor works for ME! She could learn a few things from Taylor. We left happy with our purchases but not happy at all with the experience! We will probably not go back.
