Discount tire has always done me right. They were even able to tell me the performance metrics for various tires right there on the screen with the prices.

Had a blow out, went in to get two tires, had the tires picked out and was basically talked out of those and talked into more expensive tires and that I needed to get 4. Was trying to work with me in discounts and stuff and when I said to take off the certificates, did away with all discounts he was giving. I had a price I was wanting to spend and spent more than $200 more.
This would be why we quit using discount tire.

I just love the customer experience at Discount Tire. The team never disappoints. Today I had a tire service by the DT team and was impressed again.
I had a cracked valve stem and needed it replaced and TPMS swapped.
Larson greeted me and wrote me up. I was prepared to leave my tire and return a few hours later. Larson said they could take care of it right away, and he would be the one changing it out. I went in to check my email, and minutes later, Larson was rolling my tire to the car. Wow, that was fast. On top of it all, he conveyed that it was no charge today!

Go to this location!! I went to a few others (and had a terrible experience at different one) but this location is nice, honest, and they go above and beyond. They called me before my appointment, tried to get me in early and when I arrived they ran out to my car to help me out. Go here - so impressed!

Gray helped me pick out some amazing tires for my Z06 Corvette. The crew installed the tires and got the job done right. They had all the proper equipment to service my vehicle. The tires are great! No matter what vehicle you drive these guys can handle it. Highly recommend!

Normally I go to the one by Kroger. I had three tires replaced there last time and I was looking to get one more changed. That’s when I find out the discount tire by Kroger put on the wrong size tire on the front passenger side.
This North loop location noticed and replaced a tire which was great and I was grateful. However, as soon as I leave the location and hit 40 miles an hour. A metal humming noise starts coming from the same area the tire was replaced.
I never went from happy to sad so quickly. Would bring it back but I’m afraid they’ll do more damage. It will have to be done myself. The young man who took my payment did a great job with customer service. Just sucks my car is damaged now

I got a flat in route to my father's housewarming and birthday party, but Nick took charge with a smile and confidence to spare.
He estimated that he would have us back on the road in 1 hour and he did not disappoint.
He even recommended a restaurant to visit while we waited with great offerings and daily specials.
I would recommend this location and team to my local family and everyone in the surrounding area.
