I've been a Discount Tire customer for decades and this location continues the tradition of great service and fair prices.
Got new set last September and just got a bulge in one of the tires recently. Stopped by when they opened this morning, and 25 minutes later was on my way to work with a new tire ($25 under warranty).

I went to Discount tire for a flat repair everyone is very nice and courtios fixed my flat in just a little while when you do business with Discount tire repairs are free if the tire is repairable

Discount tire is always a great service. They seem to always be cheery and have great service. This particular station is really easy to get in and out. They recently upgraded all their equipment and the lobby is very comfortable.

Great staff but online ordering is terrible.
Ordered a tire on Sunday, supposedly it would've shipped and been at the store Wednesday. I called to confirm the order on Monday and it was all fine. Arrive Wednesday and the tire isn't at the store. Arrive Thursday, and the store manager Jake showed me a tracking that said the shipping label was made on Wednesday/shipped out today.
Just went to BMW and got the tire from them because they had it in stock. Not sure on why when I called, a Mr. Regan answered and asked me about the price if it was cheaper or not -- it was the fact that another storefront had the tire in stock and that I didn't have to deal with waiting longer.

Had a fantastic experience here. Driving down 45 my rear tire was bouncing all around. Pulled up to Discount Tire at 336 south, and the guy at the counter quickly checked it out. It was still under warranty, so it was replaced in under an hour, and I was back to my day in no time with no hassel!

It wouldn’t be right for me to come on here and not acknowledge how amazing Ainsley was today when I came in with my little Green Machine. I’m just a girl, who doesn’t know much about cars and had a flat.. she was patient with my lack of knowledge, offered me solutions that really made my problem that much easier to fix and showed genuine concern for my safety with my vehicle. This location came highly recommended from a Facebook group I am in and I am 1000% pleased with my decision to come here. The fellas were also quick on a busy Friday.
