Made an appointment for a new tire, and left my vehicle there for the day. It was done in 30 minutes. I left everything on the back seat from the day the tire was changed, and they even put everything back where it was supposed to go in my wheel well. As a woman, it was nice to be respected and not “up sold”. It was a great experience. Thank y’all so much.

Justice should be promoted! He was extremely personable and made my appointment flow seamlessly. This location is one of my favorites because they are so efficient. The inside is SUPER clean and they always greet every customer, offer water, check in with updates, etc. This is old school customer service done right!

I brought my car in to have a tire replaced, of course I had another tire that needed attention ASAP, but you know- I couldn't afford it. So they DONATED a tire to me! These guys are wonderful!

Bought 4 tires for 1000 in March 2024 and tires only lasted 10 months and not even 20,000 miles and discount tire just says too bad.' Discount did call back and said would try to get a discount on next tires from manufacturer, but would have to wait until the tires had more mileage on them.
Apparently they were trying to get me to purchase tires before necessary. I just went to Keating Honda yesterday 4/24/24 and they show my front tires are still in the green and my rear tires are in yellow, but don't need replacing yet.

I used to respect disco Tire my parents my dad's been coming to disco Thai for almost 30 years I gave them one star i'm not coming back to disco Tire ever again I tried to reason with the manager here but it was not possible they advertise to make the customer happy and that's not the case

My fiancé & I were visiting out of state this past weekend for a wedding & our rental car unfortunately got a nail stuck in one of the tires. Everyone was so friendly, especially the Assistant Manager, Josh, who got our car in & out as fast as possible because he knew we had a wedding to get to. They all made the process so quick & easy! Thank you again!

Very pleased. I tried another place and had to reschedule 2 times. Went online to Discount tire, made an appt for the next day and was in and out of there in under an hour (in spite of it being very busy) getting 4 new tires. Very professional and friendly people working there. Would definitely recommend 👌

I went to replace my last tire today only to find out discount tire put the WRONG sized tire on the passenger side. It’s smaller than all of my other tires, are you freaking kidding me.
I went to the north loop location and they were the ones who noticed. Thank god there is a competent discount tire in Conroe because the one by ihop ain’t it:

Called this store two time the same morning on 4-15-25 to verify a dynapro atm 275/55r20 113t
Both calls I made the morning I confirmed 3 new tires in stock.
2nd call I scheduled an appointment for 1030 am on 4-15-25
I arrived, checked-in, then was notified they don’t have the tire.
They said they had 3, I need 1. I showed up, turns out they had none.
I drove 40 minutes to this place.
Sales man sent this photo saying they had it. To confirm it was the correct tire.
