Stopped in on my way instead of going to walmart and Victoria and Amanda were working, I was told Amanda was a new manager... SHE IS AMAZING. There were zero boxes on the floor, every isle was stocked and easily shopable. This location has never looked so nice.

The reviews say it all about this location. And are not wrong one bit. This is a nice store for being clean and stocked but other than that it's not. Can't believe nothing is being done about it. Going to lose business for things like that. Guess they do not care. They don't treat their employees right either. I have contacted Coporate about my situation. Just because you are not happy with your life don't take it out on other people. Treat people the way you want to be treated.

Cashier Laura aka Karen just followed me in the store because I took a drink out of the cooler and placed it a shelf. As I was walking out of the parking lot she’s yelling outside the store at me. Racism is real especially at this location.

This store does not honor the coupons they advertise in Dollar General app. I bought exactly what coupon connected to; however it did not take off one of the coupons. When I asked no one could explain the discrepancy. The cashier called the manager Laura to the register. Laura proceeded to tell me I didn’t buy the right item, I asked her which one is the right item since she continued to overstate I had the wrong item, crickets. She couldn’t tell me. I bought the exact item printed on the coupon. She initially said she was going to refund the difference, then she decided she was going to refund the item all together without telling me. I questioned it before the refund could be placed back on my card. She still took my item that I already paid for and placed it behind the counter. I asked again for her to show me the item associated with the coupon, she started to walk off and went to the back. I waited for a couple of minutes and then went back to the register. The cashier went to back to look for her and came back and told me she was accepting a truck and she will work on my exchange when she was done. What?? I told him to give me my item back that again I PAID for and had not been refunded. Laura is unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. She could’ve simply stated they weren’t going to honor their own coupons in the app.

Wouldn't adjust our prices with the coupons we had in the app. Said she can't adjust pricing. We had the 10 off 40 and multiple other coupons. Big waste of time, many other people walked away after having the same issue.

Well organized, so many good finds.Dollar general doesn’t sit at the top of my list, but I love this location. Well organized, great selection of products. I go here especially for kitchen items and holiday decor.
