I go to this store 3 to 4 times a week. Usually just picking up a few things. Gani is almost always there working! He is so friendly and helpful. It is obvious he is a hard worker and loves his job! Thank you Gani (if you see this) for your awesome customer service and keeping the store so organized & clean!

Today I visited this location with a 5 dollars off of 5.01 or more coupon that I received from a P&G purchase prior.The cashier Arlaina first told me the coupon could only be used on saturdays, then when I explained the coupon she told me it must be new. No problem.She tries to scan the bottom bar code and flips the screen around to show it says invalid bar code.I asked to read the terms my purchase was within the proper guidelines. No reason for the coupon to not work. She said well there is nothing I can do. I said it’s dumb dollar general gives coupons that won’t work if that’s the case.Then she said I was disrespecting her because of what I said, and I said how I did not say you were I said dollar general.Honestly this lady has no customer service abilities and I hope she isn’t a manager. She didn’t even know how to follow through with the coupon let alone finish the transaction so that I could have my receipt. Also why get so defensive about a coupon when you give them out? Not my job to figure it out it’s yours horrible experience and will not return to this location due to her lack and inability to run a store.

it sells expired things and apart from that its workers are very rude
