Went to Elegant Nails yesterday for our first time and it was an amazing experience! I wish I had the name of the 2 ladies that did mine and my husband’s pedicures, but they were so kind and very thorough. It was a pleasant time, they listened to what we said and also had the best playlist going. We got the pedicures with the paraffin wax and they were so relaxing. They didn’t rush through them at all. I also got French tip on my toes and the lady doing mine was very attentive to how they looked and took her time. I’m excited to go back!!

Thanksssss alwaysssss Pepsi!! I will forever recommend you and your business to any and everyone I come across! Don’t like the color? She’ll change it last minute if you say something. On a budget? Tell her your price range before and she’ll work with what you want so you’re still leaving slayed and beautiful! Pass out? She’ll give you snacks, candy and water 😂 joking but seriously from the laughs to the serious talks about life I will always come back to this salon! Sorry this is supposed to just be about nails so yeah go ! Run ! But don’t take my spot on her books ❤️🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

I normally have a great experience here. I went yesterday to have a pedicure. I chose the basic with a cat eye gel polish. On the board for services it says the basic pedicure was $30. I was charged $60 and my toes look horrible. I know I cut my toe nails short but there's polish on my toes and she poked me and hurt my skin, and also cut my skin. I'll go back for my nails but not my toes again.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon every two weeks for years, and I can confidently say it’s the best! The service is always excellent, and the entire team is friendly and professional. Pepsi is a true artist—she always brings my nail design ideas to life, and they turn out absolutely stunning every time. Her attention to detail and creativity are unmatched. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-quality nails and an amazing experience!

My first time at Elegant Nails and the nail tech Nina was amazing! She did an excellent job in removing my lifting acrylics that I had gotten done at a different nail salon. She took her time and made sure I was satisfied with the new set and helped me decide on a shape and color! Definitely Nina, Pepsi and the staff here at Elegant Nails make you feel welcome and at home! Will definitely be coming back for sure!! Thank you all!! 💕😊

My nail service was not the best, but that's not what I have a problem with. I have a problem with the employees at this location wearing political propaganda while working. A lot of you might not care, but this review is for those who would be as bothered by this as I was. I find this to be inappropriate for a professional setting, so I commented on it to the owner. She showed no interest in my opinion and said the employees can wear whatever they want.

My daughter who is 5 for her toes painted and my other daughter who got her nails painted with a ghost and pumpkin design (she’s 6) was $50
Absolutely ridiculous for painting kids nails . Never again .

The only reason I have come back is bcus of the sweet lady that always does my pedicure. But the front lady the boss I guess is who she is always very rude. I asked for a mani pedi and I understand everyone deserves a break. But I could see them just chatting away, when a better paying customer came they took them right away while I still waited for a manicure. Not even a “hey the same lady is doing it” nothing. Off to find a place for my manicure now.

I usually never write reviews, but I have time today and felt that it is worth it. I had been looking for a new nail salon to go to and I found Elegant Nails last year. I’d say that I’ve been coming frequently for the past 8 months, every 2-4 weeks for a pedicure and full set. They’ve done a really good job for the most part, I will say that the cleanliness of the salon is poor though. Today, I came in to get the same service. Mimi, the lady that gave me a pedicure, was polite and did a great job. However, it was another nail tech (I don’t know her name- and do not care to know) that did my full set who was rude and disrespectful. Please keep in mind that just because I do not know the native language of one’s cultural background, doesn’t mean that I can’t tell when someone is speaking negatively about me. The nail tech was snatching my hands and filing my nails in a rough manner to the point that it was actually causing me pain. She acted as if she was aggravated with having to do my nails while continuing to talk about me to the owner. I will never spend my money in an establishment where I am being disrespected. I encourage the rest of you to turn on Google translate. It would make you think twice about spending your money there and would shock you learning what people actually think of you when they think you can’t understand them. I usually don’t spend less than $100 there, that’s not including tips. Not to mention, I’ve referred some of my family members there as well. You do the math!! They were literally talking about how much they were going to charge me. I’m thankful that I have self control/ restraint, and was able to pay and walk out of that salon without any confrontation. That is the last time that I will ever step foot into that establishment.
