We have been working with Elite for about a year now and are very happy with them. Our home was built with Lutron system and we had difficulty at first finding people who could update it. Justin and Eric are knowledgeable and very patient in getting the job done correctly. Highly recommend them.

Where do I begin? My wife and I purchased a new home with built-in home automation. Once settled into the home, the builder recommended a automation company. After long discussion with that company I was not impressed. After doing my research I came across Elite Automation & Technology.From the moment I talked to Jeff and getting a quick appointment I knew I was talking to the right people. At my initial visit I was greeted by Eric who is a master at what he does. From his knowledge base to excellent professionalism. Eric recommended the best options for my home with honesty. And was able to answer all my questions as well!Currently, I am in the process of upgrading the home automation currently installed. I was put in touch with Krystal. She has been wonderful to work with as well! Her expertise in recommending various products and technology helps tremendously in making decisions. Krystal as well has answered the numerous questions that I have had about the whole process.I will never use anyone other than Elite Automation & Technology for my current or future home automation projects! Respect, professionalism, dedication, knowledge, honesty are just a few words to describe what this company is about! I am looking forward to working with them soon and what the finished outcome will look like!

Best Customer Service you could ask for:My wife Helen and I purchased a home that had 2 Smart Home Systems built into it and a detached garage and with a mancave last year. The previous owners had both passed away and no one knew a thing about the systems or how to make them work or how to use them.We have never had a Smart Home in the 47 years of marriage so this was all new to us.I found the name Control 4 on the equipment and did a google search for it. I was able to find this company in Conroe. I called and talked to Jeff Carter and he said he was sure they could get it up and running for us. We had NO pass codes, Log in Names etc.Jeff sent out Eric Acosta to check it out and it took a while because no one had used the home for about 2 years and they had not installed the system.. First he had to gain entrance into the systems by calling the home office of Control 4. "it's like breaking into your computer if you forget the login and password", then had to update the systems to all the new software. Then check out all the things these systems had connected to them. The Home system runs 5 TV's, 2 surround systems, Direct TV, Wireless system, intercoms in 6 rooms, window shades, 24 cameras, Stereo, 300 CD system, blue ray player, wireless remotes for all etc. you get the idea a lot of things and that is just in the Home there was another system running the detached garage and mancave that had almost the same thing running to it.Eric got it all up and running, it took him a few trips but we are very happy that he was able to get it all to work without having to replace everything that we were told would more then likely have to be done by our realtor.If we need any repairs going forward, we will call Eric first thing.

They do a best job all the time for any kind of upgrade i ask for and their recommendation is perfect to match to the home needs considering the latest technology, relevance and safety and features of the product being considered. One of my technician who stands out for me is senior technician - Eric. He does a fantastic job and he is the kind of guy who can educate well with the installation and usage and thorough testing and demoing. I would highly recommend Eric for any kind of Automation work from Elite technologies.

I had a really small issue with a previous install and Elite came over quickly, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and came back and fixed the problem. I didn't have to wait long to have the issue remedied at all, and the technician was extremely professional and quick. A+

Had an audio problem with Sonos and Control4, they fixed it very nicely and made it much more simple to operate.I think I found my Go-To Company for all my home Audio and Video needs.
