If I could give no stars that's more than they deserve. The site manager Rob is probably the worst at any type of customer service. He told me I'd be okay to go to the ATM to deposit extra cash to cover the ins charge and when I return he him self was renting the vehicle out to another couple. Mind you I have already waited over a hour for him to go get that vehicle for me already. If I had known I would of just not got the insurance now I have nothing. What a waste of time. Do not recommend.

Staff at rental car site in Conroe Texas were GREAT. Female who took my on line reservation by phone never submitted it. I never received the promised confirmation. But local site team took care of us Immediately!!!!!!

I have used many different locations of car rentals across the United States and Europe, and this location always stands out. They are always courteous and professional.
Cars are always clean and ready for the trip.

Im really, really upset. I put in a reservation a month ago for a certain car class. I arrive at the location at noon to pick up. They said they don't have it. Usually, I take what they have. But today is a special day, I have plans, and I want what I want. I've been calling back all day because they said it should be available around 5 p.m. I've been here. I've gone to the airport location and come back. Still, nothing. It's time for them to close and still nothing.
I really dislike unreliability, especially when I reserved this a month ago!

Will not return to this location. Not to enterprise at all . Spent 10 hrs at work to spend 2 there and still walked out without a car I had reserved the day before. The men were unpleasant, unprofessional, unprepared. It was busy, I let them know I was there and waited quietly. After 2 hours I asked when they thought I could get the car. I was told now I was late for my appointment and they didn’t have a. Car for me.
