Exceptional customer service. It is the one thing that made my first experience with an enterprise better than any other car rental company I have used in the past. The young man, Cole Mitchell, at Conroe First Choice Collision Car Rental was not only pleasant and personable with excellent communication skills, he also went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I made reservations online weeks in advance. He reached out more than once in the days leading up to my pickup date to ensure there would be no delay in our plans and to see how to best accommodate my needs. The vehicle he had ready for us was great. It was clean, performed well and fit our needs perfectly. I really appreciate everything Cole did for us to make our trip the best. Thank you, Cole.

Booked a Premium Car and got a crappy SUV for the same cost., Customer Service sucks., I have been with enterprise for as long as I remember but never had any problems until now., Had to wait for 40 mins though there was just one more customer getting serviced before me., There is just one guy at the desk - he will be doing everything., Avoid this place if you are seeking a faster and better service.,
