Worst Location to get a rental. Lady from desk has no communication and should get better at doing her job and memorize what shes saying before telling it to someone.

I was impressed with the professionalism of Keyana Bourda any time I called to inquire about a rental. Upon arrival they did not have the class of car I reserved but I was given something comparable. It didn’t get a 5 star rating because I could tell the vehicle itself had not been vacuumed in between rentals.

In the app they show thay have all cars available and then they want you to pay extra money for a different car you booked because the one you booked os not available. It is cheating

Decatur, TX .. this office at the James Wood dealership was absolutely amazing. They deserve 10 stars. The assistant manager, Troy (?), went above and beyond helping me secure a vehicle for my disabled wife and myself. THANK YOU again for everything you did for us.

I usually rent with Enterprise. Have for years. Had some long term vehicle work needing done so I scheduled with this outfit for a couple weeks rental. Reserved and the day I was to rent the car I showed up and was told they tried to call but "no vehicle was available for me". I checked my cell....no call was received. I even showed the woman at the front desk who was pretty "could care less about it" anyway. I stood there in disbelief? This is what you do for a business and you lie about calling me just to cover what?So, I walked out. Told the wife...who told my adult daughter, who then told me about some company call Turo. Tried them out....Thanks Enterprise...20 years of business travel and you just got replaced because of the "could care less attitude" working the front desk in Conroe.This is how a blue chip outfit gets replaced overnight in a world where new way's of doing things are only an application away.

They refused to honor my reservation for a pickup truck which was done weeks in advance. All of the 5 star reviews you see are paid for.Update: They decided to honor my reservation after leaving a negative review. Could’ve avoided the headache if you’d done right in the beginning. So now 3 stars instead of 1

Since I am getting my car serviced at Wiesner, enterprise will not come pick me up. I said how about I take an Uber over and get my car from you. And he still waffled. What do you have against Wiesner? Enterprise, we won’t pick you up.

Neal is an absolute sweetheart & everyone here is so friendly & welcoming. I was rear-ended & taken to the hospital, my car obviously needs to be repaired. Neal especially has made this whole process much easier on me. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone

Just don't. Use a different location. Even if you have to wait. Obvious that the person I just talked to wanted me off the phone and to use a different location. No problem, buddy!

The rep that works there denied me services because I didn't bring my car in to 1st choice collision to have it repaired, the first thing he asked me is if I was going to repair my car there, and if not, he couldn’t help me. Last summer he did the same thing to me, when I tried to get a rental from enterprise. I reported him so when I returned the rental, he apologized but he did it again yesterday when I stoped by to get a rental. it is obvious that he works for 1st choice collision and not for enterprise.I think his name is Ruben.

They keep repeatedly trying to charge my card $90 I have giving no permission to do so I have told him do not run my card and every day they drive on my card they do not answer the phone to discuss and their voicemail is always full you cannot leave a message

I had the best experience with Kristen and Reuban at the 1st Choice Collision location. They were very friendly and efficient. Please keep them around.

If you are looking for customer service this is not the location for you. #poor service.Much of the time there is no answer to their phone, and if you leave a message best of luck getting the call back.Lance the manager presents himself as being helpful, although the other staff lacks honesty and integrity.It is unfortunate that there is not another office close, I would use them and not have to deal with this location in the future.Read the negative/poor reviews and you will see the pattern of #poor service.
