7 out of 8 times there was no one to assist at night, although they are open for business. If you say your open then hire people who give a damn or communicate. Smh

The pump I tried to use leaked gas all over my hand and leg. I went inside to tell the cashier that the pump was leaking and to ask if I could wash off as I had gas on my bare skin. The cashier was rude, cutting me off three times, and refused to let me wash the gas off my skin.

During Hurricane Beryl when most gas stations were closed or overwhelmed with patrons, business was as usual with the female attendant at this gas station. I called several times ro ask if they had gas and each time she was polite, even cheerful. I finally got gas today. She giggled when she said, "You better hurry up there's no one here right now."

As much as I previously loved coming to these gas stations, After what had happened on October 3rd 2022 at the 1300 W Davis St, Conroe, TX 77303 location. I no longer use Exxon or any affiliated companies. As if it was any other day I decided to take my car through their on site Timewise car wash for a simple cleaning. I entered the was as I normally would and the process began. The arm went around my car to the rear and stopped. I realized there was pressure up against my vehicle and it was there abnormally longThe mechanism jolts and it had suddenly pulled itself off my car. The sign then said wash complete and told me to exit. At this point I knew something wa definitely wrong. As I pulled out I saw that not only was it the first stage that wasn’t completed and now my car was covered in soap. But behind on my rear bumper we’re gouges and holes where the arm wascaught. I brought this to the attention of the clerk and he had confirmed it had broken . He had me write out a formal paper stating what had happened and my contact information. The following day I went to get an estimate at a dealership and It was discovered over 8,000 dollars worth of damage was done. I knew something had to be done. I reached out to corporate for some answers and how to move forward with things and they asked for detailed information and an estimate of what the damages were , after a week of hearing nothing they had reached out again and denied all accountability for what had transpired at their location claiming the car wash was in working order and they were not at fault. As I am a resident of Conroe I would pass by the gas station and the day after the incident the wash was closed a repair truck was sent out to fix it 1 week later. After the repairs were made a few days later the was was coned up again blocked off. Another repair truck was sent out this time there for a few more days. By December the wash was closed. Typically the wash went I see it it is coned off as of today. The lack of accountability and negligence in dealing with a simple matter is disgusting

Staff is friendly, their prices are always reasonable, and I feel like my gas lasts a good while compared to Shell down the street. ?
