Just left Family Dollar.Rinee and Katrina displayed such awesome customer service! Very polite and helpful.It is very much appreciated.I had not frequented FD in the past couple of years but I will definitely return to this location more often.I enjoyed my shopping experience here

I lived in Conroe for the last 3 years now, and it blows my mind how they have 2 Family Dollar stores literally 5 minutes away from each other and the environment in both is completely different! One clearly doesn’t care who or what they hire because, let call this one the “urban store”( never clean, always some arguing or fights, product spoiled, cashiers always have an attitude etc.. . Meanwhile the other one is always clean, never hear any arguments or foul language being screamed and the cashiers are actually polite and use their customers service manners! Choose wisely!

Just bought ice cream that was completely rancid and when I took it back they refused to refund or exchange because it was open. Seriously???!!! How the hell else would I know it was bad unless I opened the damn thing??? ( Product was not expired). It was pure freezer burn and slush and made me nauseated. I go here a lot because it is five minutes from home but I think I'll take the extra time to go somewhere else from now on

Let’s start with the entry to the store. The drive in has a humongous hole in the middle that will definitely cause damage to your vehicle, there’s absolutely no way around it. The cashier was in zombie mood and had customers waiting so long I noticed a customer stealing. They were in a hurry. Not to mention another customer who was put through two different registers after 20 minutes of waiting hurt her toe on the way out of the store. There’s only one way on and one way out off of a busy street and I don’t like that also considering the big pot holes throughout. The black community deserves safety and better customer service spending their hard earned money at a local dollar store.

Was refused service due to wearing a backpack when I am riding a motorcycle, I will not be returning, terrible store policy, I can wear my backpack in any gas station, government building, or major retailer with no issues, ridiculously poor customer service. I've even rode to other family dollars and this issue was never a problem.
