I’m writing about the FedEx office location at Highway 105 and interstate 45 in Conroe Texas. Specifically there is a pretty red haired lady at the front counter who was extremely helpful to me today and she was just a pleasure to be served by. The prince of my story is a gentleman named Matthew, who came by my computer and offered to help in anyway he could. I rarely see that kind of behavior in any retail establishment. Moreover, when I went to check out, I had multiple methods of payment and he helped me in a very, very special way.He is very understanding and sensitive to emotional and special circumstances. To his management… You are very lucky to have this person working for you and not only is he doing his job by getting the work out but he’s providing a special bond between customers and workers which is going to drive your business 1000 fold. Thank you.

I have been so impressed by this FedEx store. Tracy has helped me with two different projects and she is kind, helpful and professional! I'm a huge fan and outsourcing printing at FedEx is easy and very inexpensive compared to my HP color ink cartridges! Thank you, Tracy.
