The driver who was supposed to be delivering to my address didn't knock on my door and left a tag on my door telling me that they missed me. Unprofessional. Then the person on the phone basically tried to say I was lying until I told him the door tag number.

I went to drop off a package and had a great experience. The person who helped me was super attentive and very nice, and she gave me all the information about when the package would arrive. The place is super clean and organized. The location is a bit hidden, but easy to find with GPS. Parking was good too. Great service!

I want to thank the lady I met up front I believe her name is Ms Louis.
My bank sent out a expedited delivery for my bank card and the driver who was supposed to deliver it apparently has a habit of not even entering apartments to deliver the packages .
Ms Lewis understood the situation and apparently the driver has been reported for this behavior a few times. She went to the back and help me get my card.
I am grateful for her assistance. Whoever that driver is needs to be let go many people are suffering because of he's incompetence.

They lied for 3 days straight saying they attempted delivery. I have multiple security cameras - they never came to my door. Never. Once. Came. To. My. Door. But reported an attempt at delivery - even lied about the times of day and how many times they “tried to deliver.” They are an unethical waste of a company. When you call, they’re representatives from overseas who answer your questions from a script. DISGUSTING and pathetic excuses for people. All of them :)

Watched the driver skip past my delivery, never stepped foot on my property, and just marked it off as no one home and unable to deliver until next week; Very lazy and inconsiderate.
