I had been having a problem with my account to the point of frustration, and I came to this bank and I was immediately greeted by 3 lovely ladies they instantly catered to my every need, I didn't get their names, valerie? they immediately fixed the issues on my app and on everything needed, no matter how frustrated I felt, their customer service was beyond matter 💓💓 I needed to give the recognition to all people here for being so welcoming and going above and beyond for their people💓 I remember Omar giving me some refreshing peach tea while I was waiting!! Love this bank

My wife and I went to the First National Bank Texas (the bank inside Kroger Marketplace) to open a second bank account. We were helped by branch supervisor Jose Mercado. Jose was very fast, super knowledgeable and extremely friendly. It is a breath of fresh air to deal with someone that is so knowledgeable about his job and friendly. Jose is the type of employee that makes customers want to return. GREAT job Jose.

I had a horrible experience with The assistant manager Jazman and Branch manager Jennifer. I was humiliated and disrespected and about my personal banking. I was set with a account one way before now and after depositing checks for months. The account is wrong when this branch is the branch whom set the account up.
Not only did I ask to just to deposit the assistant branch manager Jazman ask me several times how do want to cash my checks when I told her to deposit. I felt like she was violating my hippa right decision my business out in the open. I keep repeating my self I have to go to work and get gas for my suv she was making me late for work.Jazmon or Jennifer never apologized I felt they was very rude and did not care about me as a customer.

I am not a customer, but I keep getting mail to my po box for one of their clients. The post office does not return to sender, they keep putting the mail back into my box. I just got off the phone with a call center that was absolutely no help! (only number available for any branch)They told me to go handle this matter at a branch... I did and was told they couldn't do anything. They won't even contact their client to get an updated address or at least stop sending to my address. Their clients name is Pablo Flores.

Anaiya Cole has went above and beyond to serve me. The first time that I went there to open an account, the tellers were serving their last customers, and open an account so it was time consuming, I appreciate her due diligence.Todays 7/7/22. It’s RARE to find exceptional customer service from absolutely anywhere.
