Do not use this ATM!! I’m sure the people inside are nice… I have used this ATM twice now and both times the cash I put in there was never in my account and I had to dispute these transactions twice now. Today my bills are due and I can’t pay them.

Got here at 11:30am at the Drive thru which online says it closes at 12pm and no one was there. White Oak location.

I deposited 1,000 cash in the ATM, and it had an error and ended the transaction, but it didn't return the funds or show deposited into my account. I called several times but kept getting the central call center and had to keep requesting the branch I was at. Then, it would get forwarded to voicemail. I had to park and take my special needs son inside, then proceed to wait because they don't handle their own ATM. This entire process lasted almost an hour, and I missed my son's therapy. It is Thursday, and I have to wait until Tuesday (next time it's serviced) to find out if the armored truck service finds an error (not the bank). I wanted to bank here because it's local, but having to deal with a call center and an ATM that they source out, is opposite of local.

Chris Baughman Was amazing to work with when I was purchasing land. When I was referred to Chris…. And first financial, I had dealt with a subpar broker from vettedva and the veterans land board. Although the lot was advertised as 1.37 acres the veterans land board can only approve loans for livable land over an acre. The livable land came in at 0.903 acre.I reached out to Chris on 1/14/2022. I received a final (not pre) approval on 1/18/2022. I wasn’t expecting to close until late February/early March (due to the appraiser). I closed on 2/11/2022. The customer service and attention to detail I received was exquisite! Chris got sick while my loan was processing and he still emailed me back letting me know his situation and that his associate will assist me while he was recovering. This bank stepped in during a stressful time and got my application approved expeditiously. I highly recommend Chris and his associates!

Awesome staff my favorite bank, great to work with had multiple loans through them a credit card and my debit card very trustworthy and made any transaction ive had with their staff awesome! Carissa Parker has always handled my loans and and credit aps and does a great job. Never had and security issues in 2+ years banking with them and always feel welcome.
