We've been banking with these guys for years . We needed copies of bank statements for our new house purchase . Long story short ... they could not fax for us because they said there old fax machine worked sometimes ... sometimes not . W T F ... a damn multi million dollar bank can't even fax . We have a lot of money in that bank ... and they can't freaking fax . Makes no sense to me ... does everyone have crappy banks now days . Times are changing ... for the worse !

I was raised and born here locally so I support my First National Bank. If you have any problem with your account make sure you talk to Abel and Ms Carolyn those people know everything when it comes to finances and fixing any errors.

Beware of the short metal poles in the drive-thru bank at this location. They tore up my front end when I did not realize I had driven up on them to reach the deposit box. The bank refused compensation and the garage wants $750 to repair. I can file an insurance claim but it will only pay $250, since there is a $500 dollar deductible. Then my insurance will go up for having a claim. The other branch's drive-thru (on W. Davis) has tall poles that can be seen and the deposit box is set closer, where it can be reached. Yellow car is not my car but is in the same place my car was in when I ran over the poles. This car's driver had to pull up on the curb to reach the box, just like I did.

This location needs improvement when helping customers inside the bank. My husband was waiting along with a long line of other customers, while management & other tellers were laughing and chatting in a office. After several minutes they decided to help the rest of the customers. This does not happen at Wells Fargo.

Went in today and had the privilege of working with Yesenia Solis. A simple visit turned into finding a lot of issues with the accounts. Yesenia was very patient, meticulous and helpful. Thanks for all your attention to detail and help.

Got to say this Bank has went down hill since I first signed up with them. Got a letter in the mail stating that they were planning on closing my account if I didn't take action. I called up to the bank and the very rude lady on the other line told me that my account had been closed since 2015. (Stationed overseas and they couldn't get my cards to work over there so I had to switch banks) I still had over $2000.00 in my account plus what i had stored in my savings. They took 3 plus years to tell me my account was closed and took all of my money in the process.
