This bank is always up to no good. Dirty practices like holding deposits to allow an autopay to process and overdraw your account in order to charge you that overdraft fee and not looking into disputed charges. Customer service here is TERRIBLE too.

Their so called district manager doesn't exist and won't take phone calls and isn't ever in branch to discuss issues. They make you jump through hoops for nothing. Closing my account today. This is pathetic.

Worst bank ever! Holds a check for 10 days, customer service is so sarcastic, they have the worst customer service experience ever.This is why i stay with chase..... for over 3years because they know how to treat customers. And my money is always in my account the next business day not 10 freaking days

I have been fighting with this branch manager. I had had numerous face to face along with phone calls explaining exactly what I needed. For months the manager at this branch ignored my request and just brushed me off because she didn't want to fix the problems she caused due to her ignoring my request/needs. I finally decided to go to another branch on east davis. When I did, Crystal McCarter, listened and immediately knew what I was meaning and knew exactly what needed done. She changed my account and even tried to fix the last ladies mistakes. Crystal remained calm even when I got agitated and she made sure to explain everything in great detail so someone without a banking background would understand. During all this process 2 of my kids were with me. Closer to the end, even tho it wasn't her job, Mrs. Gayle Avenell saw my kids getting restless and she saved the day with suckers! All in all, the east davis branch dealt with a highly upset lady due to the west davis branch manager and they saved the bank from losing a 6 year account holder. So thank you Crystal for treating me like an actual human instead of a number!!
