I don't understand why you can't protect my account without charging me to do it. I reported a transaction before it posted, hello!! You could not do anything about it until it posted???? Huh?? The only remedy is for me to close an account that I have had for over 20 years or pay for a stop payment?? The wait time on the phone was an hour and 15 minutes??? Now I have been cheated out of more money than before. My money is supposed to be protected I thought,at least that's what all the FDIC signs say. I'm very happy with this location but the bank policies suck.!!!!

First convenience Banks been sued for overdrafting people's accounts imagine that I'm trying to get my money back when my card was double charged they keep trying to say it was Subway from the looks of it is the bank double-charging people's accounts to get them overdrafted so they have to pay fees now they want to terminate my card leave me stranded and try to say that I needed to dispute this so yes I believe this bank is doing this to get extra money
We have one of your employees lying on me saying I keep calling and being upset with them about my bank double charging my card when I made a purchase it same exact date and time to the same exact seconds I'm going post proof of how this bank doesn't want put my money back in my account when it proof right here so it saying any company can double charged us same exact time and date and even same exact seconds and they will not fix what the company stole out my account she didn't let her DM know that the purchase was same exact time and date she just saying I keep calling and they not going fix my account so I have to post here so that way maybe someone can contact me about the girl at Willis location lying about customers I hope she loses her job for lying on customers and trying say I'm harassing them meanwhile they let anyone double charged my account and won't fix my account
Double charged is stealing am I correct I hope someone talks to the DM at Willis tx location and tell them the reason why someone keeps calling so they can fix his bank account

17Oct23 I am not a customer, but I keep getting mail to my po box for one of their clients. The post office does not return to sender, they keep putting the mail back into my box. I just got off the phone with a call center that was absolutely no help! (only number available for any branch) They told me to go handle this matter at a branch... I did and was told they couldn't do anything. They won't even contact their client to get an updated address or at least stop sending to my address. Their clients name is Pablo Flores.

They started out as a good bank years ago but now they have started with rude employees and excessive fees. They’re trying to be Chase or Wells Fargo and cater to the millionaires. I do not recommend using this bank. Frost is a much better bank and while I was opening my account at Frost last month I had three of their employees say they used to work at First National/First Convenince and it was horrible. Save your time, energy and frustrations and go to Frost. There is one at Frazier & 336.

Went to deposit a check and when I look into my bank account 300 of it wasn’t deposited had to wait until Monday because it was a Saturday that the check deposit. I have proof of what the amount of the check is because they kept the check.I really hope I can get this issue fix and someone didn’t keep money to themSelf I work very hard for my money and this is a serious problem we’re supposed to trust the bank right? This is not toward the workers they are amazing and did what they can do and they are very sweet
