HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I am taking into account that its the holidays and it will be busy, but customer service is still key!!
Earlier today I walked in, first thing I noticed was that it was packed, yet there weren't a lot of customers at the check out. I went to find the item I was looking for but it was on the top shelf and needed assistance (I didn't see an employee on the floor), I went towards the front and waited on the side to be assisted. There were 3 workers at the registers with 1-2 customers, mind you two of the workers weren't doing anything but talking amongst themselves, while the third was checking someone out, I still patiently waited. Then another worker came to the front and stood at the legacy doing random things, I still waited. Then, who I assume is the manager came over spoke to someone behind me and proceeded to help that customer and ignored me, yet I still waited. The worker who had just came to the front still stood at the counter not doing anything, so I set my stuff down onto the counter and walked out. Worst experience ive had at a five below, and this is coming from a wow crew member. Very disappointed… do better.

The clerks were very friendly. I went in for something specific that I couldn't find and they helped me find an alternative that works.

This location is messier than others I have been to and there were a lot of children playing with balls and toys throughout the store. Still a great selection but kinda chaotic while I was there.

Horrible customer service. They are unable to check balances on gift cards and the employee (taller with black hair and facial tattoos) seemed unbothered to try and assist. Didn’t say to have a great day or anything on the way out. When I walked out and stated how horrible the customer service was, the other shorter employee with short hair rolled her eyes. SMH.

Good place, but like everything else that goes sideways they are also NOT FIVE BELOW. Most things are not below they are more. The store has stopped the self check out as it proves they couldn't trust people to be honest with the system. Feel it is headed for the demise as did the 99 cent store.

Great place to shop, had no issues during our visit. I liked that the associate was helping customers check out.

Five Below is a store where you can find gifts and trinkets at very low and quite fun prices. This store is well stocked and you can equip yourself on a budget. There are plenty of things for kids, teenagers, and for decorating
