AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! I caught them in an illegal bait and switch scheme. After purchasing my vehicle, they continued to advertise it and then reduced the price by over $1,000, baiting potential buyers just to switch them to another car on the lot. Completely illegal. To add to it, the contract I signed listed the mileage as around 2,000 less than what it was when I drove it off the lot. My 12,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty is now a 10,000 mile warranty. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!

Great Experience In the Service Department. I purchased a 2023 Ford Maverick pick up a month ago. I had 6 or 7 questions and a gentleman in the service department, Carlos, answered all my questions in about 10 minutes.

I've been thoroughly impressed with the level of service at this dealership. Not once have I encountered any issues when servicing my truck, and their appointment system has proven to be highly efficient and accurate. The clear and detailed information they provide adds an extra layer of trust and professionalism to their service. I am looking forward to my next visit and, with the consistent positive experiences, I am excited about the prospect of acquiring our new family car from them.

I recently had no a/c in my Ford Mustang and spoke with David Wachner about service. He explained what was wrong and reminded me I have a Deluxe Warranty package so the repair was only $100 for the deductible. In addition, I inquired about other service which he told me wasn't needed at this time which saved me more money. David also informed me about free Pick up & Delivery which was a huge convenience for me. I am very appreciative of David's willingness to assist me in saving $.

5 Stars is in no way enough stars!! Mr. Porter in the service department of Gullo Ford is a rare gem! The circumstance was completely my fault and he went above the call of duty, exhibited extreme professionalism, and down right good ole' fashioned customer service!! Gullo Ford, he deserves a raise!! Thank you so very much, Mr. Porter!!

Guy at desk told me it'll be a few minutes to see if they have part in stock. It's been 45 minutes and I'm still sitting here. Worst dealer ever ordered part that is in stock been 2 days no email confirmation

My husband and I went in to buy a truck and had the worst experience. Long story short, after test driving and deciding on the truck we wanted, Mary Chan said she call us the next day with prices after she spoke to her boss so we could finalize the deal. Instead, my husband received a message saying they had leather seats put in it, raising the price of the truck. This was just one of the ways this dealership tried making more money by their crooked practices. Maybe it was ignorance, but either way this is not a place where you want to purchase a vehicle.Because of this, we called Autonation in Katy. We told them what truck we wanted, what we wanted to pay, and bought it that day after the underhanded attempt of manipulation by Gullo ford of Conroe. Just in case you don't know, we compared the specs of the exact truck to other dealerships and Gullo ford's price was about $2,500 higher for no explainable reason. Plus, they say they have no hidden fees which is in fact false because they charge non-optional things like tinted windows, wheel locks, etc which other dealerships do not. For the price difference and the deceitful behavior, it is worth the hour drive to literally anywhere else. We also do not recommend Mary Chan because she has a volatile, sour attitude. Also, ladies do not expect this woman to give you the time day because she won't. She will talk with your husband and shake his hand, but won't acknowledge you. Literally go anywhere else.

LOVE this Ford dealership and the people who work here. Went in for a scheduled oil change and added on filters as well. Didn't know upfront there would be an additional facility charge and fee increasing my bill. But, while we were waiting, Karl was kind enough to show my adult son some cars and test drive them. Even better, Karl provided my son a numbers run-through so when he's ready to buy his first car he will know what to expect. We've purchased our current three new cars from Gullo and will continue to return.

Run don't walk! Gullo Ford lives up to their reviews on the internet. I just took my 2013 Ford F150 to Gullo Ford in Conroe TX for an electrical issue in which the engine would not power up (start). I am the original owner and it has only 17K actual miles. I previously tested all fuses to make sure they were conducting properly. I was able to determine that current was not supplying the relays that activates the starting procedure. It was towed to this dealership. The service underwriter called me and said that it would cost $190 to diagnose the computer. The next day, I called the dealership and was transferred to "Amanda." She told me mechanic determined there were several circuits opened and several fuses were blown and not in the correct terminals. She said that they would charge $750 to start and diagnose and correct the issue. I explained to the service underwriter that I was the only one who ever worked on the vehicle and that the fuses were all in the original factory position. She then started to argue, citing the riot act, saying that the mechanic has been with them for at least 15 years and is totally qualified and immediately told me to take the truck somewhere else. I questioned if the ECM (central computer) could be bad and she let me know that Ford does not manufacture electronic parts after the vehicle is 10 years old. I then tried to call the service manager and they ultimately were not available and were slow to return my calls. After I was told to take the vehicle somewhere else, the service underwriter would not return my calls. I ended up having the vehicle towed to a shop that specializes in electrical issues. They corrected the problem by replacing two relays for less than $100.This type of service is deplorable. I will never take my vehicle to this dealership. In my years of experience in working with other dealerships, I have never experienced such crappy attitude and quick to tell me to get lost. This also reflects the reviews on the internet by other customers. Run, don't walk! Observing other employees, they act like they are a far above class of human beings. They stand mulling around, ignoring the customer. One representative was even walking around with a basketball. They act the same way that the typical car salesman does, in that they move SLOWLY to address your concerns. In my case, my "service underwriter" was out to lunch and I had to wait until she came back to get my keys.If possible, I would give them a minus 5 star review.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE-IT'S A CRAP SHOOT!Dishonest/Lying/Misleading!Not going to give many details-you don't want to hear them.Vehicle was towed in with simple check engine light on. Emily said they might get to it in 3 weeks, 3 1/2 weeks later said it needed a transmission & they were booked up for another 4 months & we were welcome to come get it & take it somewhere else. Yada Yada Yada. We picked it up about an hour later & went to another big well known dealer for our business. Yes I was rude to them on the phone-as rude as anyone would be who's charged almost $300 for basically storing the car for almost a month, diagnostic fee for reaching under the dash & reading a code scanner. REALLY!?Ashame-we've had the same car there for service before that was acceptable, slow but acceptable, no complaints before. Of course there's more to it but it doesn't matter.Don't know how long Emily has been in this line of customer service work-she'd have a better career cleaning houses or something.

I'm only giving one star bc I have to in order to leave a review. It was no surprise to me that they only have 2 stars. Today I Dealt with Amanda in the service department. For someone buying out their lease you would think they would be nicer. She was rude and told me that it would $900 to fix the broken headrests that have been a problem since we got that car and they have already fixed once. She said bc it wasn't their dealership they wouldn't fix it for less than $900. She even had the audacity to say "may if you take it back into the Ford dealership who fixed it the first time, they will help you." We live in Texas and the other dealership is as in California.. what a stupid thing to say. They aren't trying to work with you, they are all rather rude and seem miserable. We will NEVER step foot in Ford again. F-oundO-nR-oadD-eadHorrible quality vehicles

My mom took her Expedition in to the service department to get a noise figured out! They called her later in the evening to inform her it was a vacuum hose! Which ok fine (although that's not what it is). She left after paying for the part due to they would have to order it. When driving it she heard a new noise! Under the hood around the motor. We took it back and they tried to inform her it was the motor! And it wouldn't be worth doing anymore work on her vehicle! We asked for a complete refund (which would take 7-10 business days, we did get it). And we have had another mechanic look and diagnose her vehicle and none of the things they have said is wrong with her vehicle is wrong! And the original noise she took it in for is a $100 part in the wheel.

Horrible customer service. Service Department will not return calls or communicate. Had to file a complaint with Ford corporate office and they still tried to blame me and lecture me about "disrespect." This from a dealership that claims Ford tells dealers to tell customers that squealy brakes on a brand new car are normal; that claims they don't know how to turn off or reset a warning light; that tries to put you on hold or hangs up when you call. Save yourself the grief and go elsewhere.

set up my appointment here and when I call to get an estimate on how much my car will cost to get my diagnostic done TARA asks me who is the person servicing and I told her I didn't know and she huffs under her breath like she can't help me if I don't have a name to give her, how would I know it's set up like that not my fault you don't like your job and shouldn't matter who does a diagnostic if the price is the same regardless like make that make since. Lady needs a better attitude and someone else needs to answer the phone to know what they're talking about. I'm still gonna have a great day but y'all need better employees Sad
