Absolute amateurs, spent about 200 on console and accessories only to have to drive an hour back to exchange it. Not professional at all waited 15 mins for service with my kids

Last two years it was a mess with everything unorganized and stuff laying around but after I visited this place a couple days ago they have up their game with new lights and atmosphere to walk and you are happy to shop there with things popping out at you plus with every old game you can imagine eventhough mostly all games are online now they do create a ngynistic feeling to walk around retro games that were so much fun as kids sadly no photos will post then shortly

After working here i cannot recommend this establishment. I was under paid and overworked, upper management does not care about thier customers or employees and reinforce that notion by skunking thier employees by making them sign a contract to get out of paying them workers compensation, not only that but a bogus return policy for the customers and a sheer lack of care for the products. The owner of the business is not a gamer either, he came to vist for about an hour and never asked us about some of the products we had because he was clearly not interested in anything but the money he was making. He is now attempting to make the store into one for all hobbies like models, cards, vinyl, etc. All while expecting the employees to do more for the same 7.25$ an hour and asking us to lie about prices like there isnt a better hobby store up the road. Not only that but the store is in a terrible area, we had people come in high as a kite tweeked out of thier minds trying to sell us loose wires and its protocall to buy them anyway. We were literally funding people's addictions. I worked with some pretty cool people who live off the money they made there and the one thing that pissed me off was the blatant disrespect upper management had for all of us. For that reason former employees have stolen and walked off the job. Dont work there, dont shop there.

The past 4 Playstation 2 games I've bought I've had to bring back to get cleaned because of the scratches, then they didn't work after the clean, basically it was just a bunch of trash that didn't work and the workers were sarcastic and pissy.

Bought a wii for my son and it's didnt work so I returned it for another and my son couldn't play it. He's autistic and had trouble with the controller. So I could only return it for store credit. That would be fine but they are charging pretty much full price for a used switch or games or anything when they are the same price brand new. That's ridiculous I think if you claim to be a discount store you should be not charge the same price for less and who knows if I will even get a working peice. Then I ca. O ly get store credit back. Needless to say I never buy from them again.

They were really friendly and helpful when looking for a particular game. I ended up buying two games and they all worked great! They have a huge selection of used items to buy from video games, funkos, accessories, Pokémon cards and so much more.
