I worked with Kevin for a year and I got stronger and could definitely see my body improve. I only stopped training because I hate working out and trust me that's what you get with Kevin.

I waited a while after we parted ways to give this review... it didn’t end good between us and Kevin did not care about my feelings. Towards the end, he was pushing me to do things I physically could not do (slightly injuring myself, which I still have marks from) he would say “it’s all in your head, you can do it”...I asked him several times to find other things I could do and he said There was no where else for me “advance”....i feel like If he was a good trainer, he would’ve found other ways for me. I left our last session in tears trying to figure out how I could push through, but he just didn’t care... didn’t even communicate with me after that, guess his ego got the best of him. There were also several times I showed up and he did not, only to text me at the exact time my session should’ve started(I don’t live right down the street) there was one wk that he didn’t charge me because he was having a bad wk... which was nice. I did lose some weight as well as inches, but if you can’t do want he asks, then he pretty much gives up on you... which is how I felt. This place is more for competitors in my opinion...

I started with GTS February 2018. I've trained with at least 8 different trainers over the last two years and Kevin is by far the best one and the only one who's shown results. He takes the time to help me with my diet, making sure I'm keeping up with it and if I'm having any issues he helps direct me in another direction while staying on track. He answers all questions I have and while in the gym is very attentive to my form and making sure I have it down before we work with heavy or any weight. April is starting my third month with GTS and I've lost almost half of my goal weight and a total of 6 inches while building muscle and feeling so freaking good about myself! The programs/trainers I've worked with in the past were never as caring about the goals I have as Kevin is and that means a lot. It doesn't feel like it's just “more money in his pocket†like it did with others. I would definitely recommend the gym if you're looking to SAFELY and EFFECTIVELY lose those frustrating pounds of fat we all struggle with our own.

Mr Garrett knew I was out of shape. He was very reassuring his place and system was what I needed to help me. I would show up at 5 or 6 am to train with him a few times a week. He was very intolerant of any excuses or concerns of mine. I was 50 years at the time. I had some concerns with severe joint pain if I did too much at once. He didn't care or ever call me again when I had to reschedule an appt. I paid for a month of training all at once. We never spoke again after reschedule nor did he care. Hum. You would coming from a place of being over weight himself he would be better. Hopefully he has learned so mething about owning a business in the past year or so.

When I decided to seek out a personal trainer I was completely uneducated on wellness, nutrition, and working out in a gym. I have had the opportunity to learn how my body works and achieve personal goals I did not think were possible for me. By following the nutrition plan- including supplements, asking questions, and working out as directed and under safe guidance, I now feel much more confident in many areas of life. I have more energy, I perform better at work and in my personal life, and I can see the results in the mirror. One of the biggest advantages is the personable care I have received from Kevin. He is available to answer questions about why and how things work. I can ask for advice if I am not sure what to eat when I'm out/at a luncheon. The response and help are paramount to ongoing success. I can appreciate the value in addressing my weight/body/health concerns in the gym and in the kitchen. Even better, if we try something and it's not working, we try something else. The willingness to be flexible and reliable has helped me to improve. Kevin's professionalism and expertise make this a great facility for many seeking training- whether for weight loss, toning and firming, athletic improvement, or competition. He is well-versed both personally and through experience assisting others. Highly recommended for those who are ready for life-changing results.
