I recently had the pleasure of working with Richie’s Specialty Pharmacy for the first time after my doctor sent in a prescription. Although I’ve never been to their physical location, my entire experience over the phone was outstanding. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the process from start to finish. Their follow-up was prompt and professional, and I truly felt taken care of. It’s rare to find a pharmacy that goes above and beyond like this, and I’m very grateful for their excellent service. Highly recommend

The entire process of getting a prescription from my doctor, to them, and then delivered to me was absolutely First Class. The pharmacy called me to make sure I understood what I was getting and how to use it. The package was delivered promptly, and was very well packed. Highly recommend this friendly, professional Pharmacy !

My doctor requested a specialty medication mix from this pharmacy. Staff was in contact early to confirm information. It was easy to get a hold of them when needed. The pharmacist spoke in depth with me regarding my mediactions and made sure i understood. My medication was sent out late that afternoon (almost at closing time due to me sorry!) and received at 11 am the next day. Awesome customer service and amazingly prompt with my prescription. Very efficient people! Thank you!

I don't recommend this pharmacy. They're not in contract with Insurance companies so you get stuck paying the entire price for what's needed. A person has insurance for a reason and us having 3 policies makes it even more ridiculous that they don't take any of them!
