I had a better than expected experience. I appreciate how the service writer knew the trucks…knew the work it takes to make the repairs…and was a great communicator.They delivered my truck back on time as committed. I appreciated the regular status updates.I had not been impressed when i was there before. (Years ago).I went this time due to my daughter being close.I am much more likely to return.

First time buying a car and I feel like the process was way more simple than I anticipated thanks to everyone at this dealership, especially Karrie Shugart!! She had my car inspected, cleaned, and waiting up front for me by the time I arrived at the dealership to finalize everything. My mom and I have both bought our cars from her and can not say enough good things about her. The service here is great and I am very pleased with how smoothly everything went. Thank y’all!

5Amazing service! We just moved here from Louisiana, and everyone was friendly and easy to work with. Gabriel took care of my customer service, and was polite and efficient. I can’t thank Karrie enough for all her help and assistance finding my husband a truck. She walked in the rain, showing us trucks, came in on her day off and constantly stayed in touch throughout the entire process. She was insightful, proactive and made sure all of our financing was handled appropriately, until he drove his truck off the lot. Thank you so much! We highly recommend Gullo and Karrie.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! I caught them in an illegal bait and switch scheme. After purchasing my vehicle, they continued to advertise it and then reduced the price by over $1,000, baiting potential buyers just to switch them to another car on the lot. Completely illegal. To add to it, the contract I signed listed the mileage as around 2,000 less than what it was when I drove it off the lot. My 12,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty is now a 10,000 mile warranty. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered my Ford Explorer ST-Line 6 months. I was satisfied with the updates that I received while waiting. Josh was very easy to work with. He explained just about every ford explorer to me with patience. The first time we met him, we told him we weren’t ready to ordered yet but when we were, we’d be back. Justin, our sales rep, and Jeff were great to work with! It was an easy process and Justin got us the vehicle we wanted quickly onto his lot. They are both great communicators. It’s nice to see people there that have worked there for years. That says something and is atypical for dealerships. I will definitely want to buy our next Ford from them as well.

The customer service as always was amazing! Omar Ali took care of me twice now. He is very knowledgeable on cars, and he makes your visit personal to you! Great salesman. I got my car last week and I was in a rush to make it to an event and didn’t have time to wait for detailing, so he told me if I come back the following weekend they would do a deep detail on my car and fill her up and they did as promised! Gullo Ford dealership is the place to go when looking for a car! Thank you Mr. Gullo for helping me find the perfect car for me!

Mason was the best and most patient salesman I’ve ever had and I’ve bought dozens of vehicles over my 45 years of driving. I highly recommend him! My son loves his new truck. And he came in looking for something different. And Mason helped him decide what was the best vehicle for his needs. He made a very difficult 8 hour day pleasant.

We recently visited Gullo Ford in Conroe to purchase a new vehicle for our son who's heading off to college. It started out with a simple email on a vehicle we were interested in on their website. Steve Bransburg reached out and guided us through the entire new car buying process. I have to say that it went really smooth. My past experience with car buying has been bad. I really hate being at a dealership all day going back and forth trying to make a deal. Our experience with Steve was not that. The deal was done via email and when we went to Gullo to pick up the car that he had ready for us, my son noticed a different vehicle that he preferred. We mentioned to Steve at the last minute that we wanted to make a switch and he immediately got the ball rolling. To make a long story short, we didn't spend a lot of time waiting. It was a great experience! We got to hear a few car stories about his family while we waited for the car to be ready. My son is very happy with his new 2023 Mustang GT Premium! It doesn't end there, as Steve continues to reach out to us to make sure all is okay.Thanks Steve Bransburg and all at Gullo Ford for giving us a Great Customer Experience!The Garcia family.

Honesty is the most important compliment that I can give you. When I talk to Froy on the phone, he gave me straight, forward, and honest answers with no hype. When I came there and negotiated the deal for the Ranger, there were no surprises. That's more than I can say for a number of dealers that I've dealt with. Omar Ali was very helpful in every way! Made me feel extremely comfortable while test driving and deciding on my new vehicle. Was very generous and patient while talking me through the process and details I needed to be aware of and even stayed after hours till my deal was completed. I recommend going with Omar when looking for a vehicle he knows how to take care of his customers! I was extremely satisfied working with Cesar Zamora in completing my deal getting the final numbers together. He’s very knowledgeable with all his information and didn’t cut corners with me. He assisted me and recommended different deals and what’s best for me being a first time buyer. I appreciated his time and patience while working with me. These two men were excellent to work with and would recommend to anyone!

Great experience, we bought a truck for our fleet. I came from 2 1/2 hours away. Spoke with Omar several times to work out the deal before I made the drive to the dealership. He was always very responsive and helpful. The transaction was quick and the visit was very pleasant.

My husband and I went in to buy a truck and had the worst experience. Long story short, after test driving and deciding on the truck we wanted, Mary Chan said she call us the next day with prices after she spoke to her boss so we could finalize the deal. Instead, my husband received a message saying they had leather seats put in it, raising the price of the truck. This was just one of the ways this dealership tried making more money by their crooked practices. Maybe it was ignorance, but either way this is not a place where you want to purchase a vehicle.Because of this, we called Autonation in Katy. We told them what truck we wanted, what we wanted to pay, and bought it that day after the underhanded attempt of manipulation by Gullo ford of Conroe. Just in case you don't know, we compared the specs of the exact truck to other dealerships and Gullo ford's price was about $2,500 higher for no explainable reason. Plus, they say they have no hidden fees which is in fact false because they charge non-optional things like tinted windows, wheel locks, etc which other dealerships do not. For the price difference and the deceitful behavior, it is worth the hour drive to literally anywhere else. We also do not recommend Mary Chan because she has a volatile, sour attitude. Also, ladies do not expect this woman to give you the time day because she won't. She will talk with your husband and shake his hand, but won't acknowledge you. Literally go anywhere else.
