Worst customer service of any dealership I’ve ever purchased from. Had a paint repair done on my vehicle and it doesn’t blend at all. I can’t get anyone to call me back. Will never buy from Gullo again.

I can't believe what I paid for a car and when I tried to sell it back six months later wow I realized that I was over charged by do much horrible business don't ever buy a car there without checking blue book and other dealers they are good rats

Was charged for a service that was a special no charge to have your car looked at in May 2019 . Charged my credit card and no service was performed! Never will buy from them and have purchased 4 vehicles in the past !

I bought a used Subaru Outback from Gullo and was pleased with the sales process, but within 3000 miles after purchasing the car, I took it to a trusted mechanic for an oil change and he found over $1000 of maintenance that needed to be done on the car. Gullo has refused to pay for any of it. I've been very disappointed with the communications I've had with Gullo since my purchase, and disappointed to have to pay so much for maintenance on a car that was straight from a reputable dealership.
