“Great experience having been the first encounter. Phone conversation prior and then the interaction with Chad warrants commendation. Gun shops are great for the avid sportsman, but most have a generally downward expression when they suspect you're there to look instead of purchase. That wasn't the case here. Ended up purchasing the scope I was interested in, but the experience was great. Will be returning.”

“Called to have an ar with cycling issues fixed. The guys are very knowledgeable every time I go and their gunsmith is top knotch. The issue was fixed quicker than expected and the work done was very well done. It turned out to be the gas block which was loose. The fix was to replace the set screws and a dimple was made to prevent it from happening again. Would highly recommend going here and will be going again next time I need anything done to any of my firearms.”

“Went in to buy a foregrip for my carbine. The clerk Josh was so welcoming and knowledgeable he answered all our questions and helped us better understand the accessories we were interested in. Great guy to talk to when you're pondering what kind of gun you'd like or which brand or caliber firearm to buy. I will be buying my guns and ammo here from now on. Overall great experience!!!”

“I have bought two guns from P and F. I will return if I want to purchase another. The owner is friendly, knowledgeable, and he stresses gun safety with every purchase. He ensures you know how to operate the gun you buy, and how to break it down. Some might not appreciate the care and customer service provided at P and F because it's old fashioned, but I think more gun shops should take a lesson from the P and F Firearms sales method.”

“My 15 year old Undercover truck bed snapped the rivets that held it on causing it to slide back on the bed.I call several Undercover dealers to try to get it repaired but was told it couldn't be and offered to sell me a new one for around $1500.Called Brendt at CC Plus who said " sure, no problem". Took it in and 30 minutes later it was as good as new and it cost less than $100.Thanks CC Plus for your expertise and service, this disabled veteran appreciates it.”
