Been going to thus pharmacy for years and I think most of these reviews are wrong. They have the best staff ever. We don't get things our way all the time and its not on the pharmacy itself. They have to stick to the rules but I can say that this entire staff is amazing

I've been using heb pharmacy for around 9 years. Seem like they are moving me to back of the line when they run low on hydrocodone.Before they came out with their ridiculous new rules asking for mor e personal medical information before filling my my pain pills.seems like they do this because of amount I get. I could depend on was being out when getting my pills. Because of this my doctor wasn't to happy about it so she started prescription a day earlier and the problem was solved no more waiting. Last month I had to wait again because they were out. My doctor isn't to happy about them ignoring the day she prescribed them. My wife has frozen shoulder and our doctor prescribed hydrocodone before she goes to physical therapy last Thursday they haven't filled it yet 3 days later and counting. Even with bs rules I continue to use them i get 9 prescriptions a month some are 3 month scripts. With mine an my wife's scripts you woul think after all the years we have and still use you we would be valued customers.you wanted a response you now have it. I got lucky this month and didn't have to wait. I love all ofvthe people working in the pharmacy except one pharmacist. One last thing when our insurance wouldn't cover our scripts because they wanted us to use CVS we payed the higher price to continue using heb pharmacy .

I feel like this particular Pharmacy takes pride in inconveniencing its customers. I was refused service in the Drive-Thru line today simply because my vehicle would not fit. I am a truck driver, I bought tell to HEB to pick up my prescriptions. I've done what I did a hundred other times at other stores. I parked near the drive-up pharmacy making sure I was not blocking traffic or other customers. I walked up to the window to proceed getting my medication. I was told they would not serve me at the window. I explained my situation that you know my vehicle will not fit. Is an inconvenience for me to come inside for one leaving my tractor unattended to I have several herniated discs so walking long distances is painful. So I walked inside just to stand in another line. Luckily the same little rude condescending pharmacist was helping me so I asked her to please show me where that policy is. The policy that I was not allowed to get out of my vehicle to be served at the window. She could not show me where to reference that store policy or even anything that resembled it being correct. She then called for a store manager that of course never came. I feel this is just another case of employees making up policies willy-nilly with nothing to back them up. I have never been to an establishment that would not serve me at the window due to me being in my semi truck. Losing my little bit of business I'm sure will not hurt HEB. But I do hope other professional drivers will see my review and take their business to other pharmacies that actually support truck drivers.

Terrible pharmacy, incompetent and barley know what's going on....extremely scary for a pharmacy to be that incompetent while handling peoples meds. I love everything about HEB except for the pharmacy. Definitely recommend going somewhere else.

So glad to see they are renovating this store, it really needs it! I LOVE MY HEB and only shop them. Prefer the HEB brand on a lot of goods (try the Mootopia Vanilla milk, it ROCKS!), it is not only much cheaper but also same or better quality than name brand. When they put Curbside in this store, was soo happy, I live in Cut and Shoot so driving over to the lakeside of town was quite a drive, when this store is relatively close. Hope they put another store on 336 East since this area is growing tons and 105 is getting widened. Changed my meds from CVS y mas over here finally and so much better (and faster!). They treat me well at both Conroe locations, but this one is much closer to home for me (and not as busy). They carry more Hispanic items at this location so I can count on that when I need it but some things they only carry at the 336W location (it is larger and newer). Gas is usually among the lowest priced in town. I am definitely an HEB girl through and through.

Me and my boyfriend were checking out and the lady who was at self check out had some very rude comments to say when we were having issues with the card reader. She then proceeded to say" chip down" and when we did that and the card reader still didn't work my boyfriend said "hey you can try this card" she proceeded to slap my boyfriend card on the checkout table and snatched the card out of his hand. I find this very unprofessional coming from working in customer service. I don't know who pissed in her tea but she should have a talking to buy management. If she was management I would never want to ever work at Conroe HEB and would never want her to be my boss. This happened on October 25, 2022, at 8:30pm.
